How about a house with a basement and a garden on the first floor? What should I pay attention to when decorating?

I am a decoration enthusiast. Since 20 1 1, I have renovated three houses, two new houses and one old house, which may not be professional enough, but I still want to share some experiences and lessons with you.

1. For houses with gardens, pay attention to the sunrise. It is best to get the sun, and the one facing south is the best. You can grow vegetables and flowers, which is very beautiful, but you should pay attention to privacy. The garden door on the first floor and the window facing the garden should be treated with anti-theft and privacy. Pay special attention to whether you can see your house when you turn on the light at night. This is something to pay attention to. I like gardens best. If the place is big enough, it is best to build a fish pond with a rockery and plant some camphor trees around it to prevent mosquitoes and flies. Otherwise, your house will be full of these things in summer.

2. If you bring a basement, you should pay attention to waterproof and moistureproof. Use all the water on the first floor to prevent the odor from returning, otherwise your home will smell very strong in summer.

3. Pay attention to the wall on the first floor. If you want to use wallpaper, you must pay attention to waterproof putty and add a layer of wallpaper basement membrane. The wallpaper is thick, so it will crack.

4. If you have a floor, you can choose a wooden floor, just compound it. Do not use solid wood. Although there is a basement downstairs, there is still the possibility of getting wet. Many good brands of composite floors are also good in color and environmental protection.

My experience in decoration tells me that things that are not often changed must be used well, and the actual operators of decoration should have a good relationship. No matter how good the seller said, the decoration is tasteful, and it will take half a year to move in.

That's all I can think of. You can ask me directly if you have anything else.
