How to disassemble the switch of Baojun 5 10 heater?

1. Removal and installation of heating device (applicable to 190 model)

(1) Drain the coolant from the cooling system.

(2) Remove the control panel.

(3) Separate the cable fixing piece on the left side of the heater and remove the screw on the terminal.

(4) Pull out the wire connector behind the blower motor.

(5) Disconnect the vacuum tube and lighting line behind the heater control device.

(6) Place a container under the heater water supply pipe behind the engine and cylinder head.

(7) Disconnect the heater water supply pipe behind the cylinder head.

(8) Remove the heater return hose on the thermostat housing, insert the pedal pump hose into the heater return pipe, pump the cooling water from the water supply pipe into the container, and blow out the residual cooling liquid in the heater.

(9) Remove two connecting bolts, and then separate the oil return pipe.

(10) Pull out the right air pipe under the heater oil return pipe.

(1 1) Remove the two bolts on the other side and separate the water supply pipe on the flange joint.

(12) Pull out the air pipe under the water supply pipe on the left side of the heater.

(13) Remove the water supply pipe bracket on the left side of the firewall.

(14) Loosen the mounting bracket nut under the water supply pipe bracket.

(15) Loosen the right mounting bracket nut under the return pipe.

(16) Remove the two mounting nuts at the top of the heater, as shown in figure 16- 1.

(17) Disconnect the control line of the blower motor switch.

(18) Disconnect the control line on the main damper on the heater side.

(19) Separate the heater from the mounting stud, then lift it up and remove it from the vehicle.

(20) Install in the reverse order of disassembly. However, it should be noted that when connecting the blower control line, it is necessary to first connect the line to the switch, then move the switch to the "MAX" position, connect the control line end to the main damper arm, open the main damper and reach the top, and then locate the external cable; After all the work is completed, add coolant as needed.
