The Museum of Contemporary Art has two themes, "Tree" and "Water". There are so many contents that I can't put them in my goldfish head, so I can only write them down in words.
Contemporary art is really difficult to understand, only through the introduction of a few lines on the exhibition board and the tips of the topic.
There are several thick red ropes hanging from the ceiling of the empty exhibition hall, which read that women are praying for the iceberg to disappear;
The long cylindrical cores drilled by geological exploration are called amphibians, which means they are soft, like heartbeat and breathing;
There is a room full of pink mice. They are all in a dreamy and dull state. At first glance, it makes people dizzy and disgusting, but it doesn't prevent young girls from posing in twos and threes …
There are many "water bodies" exhibition halls. From the first floor to the third floor, there is a film and television hall and an exhibition hall. Every room is not decorated, and the walls are white. People stood and watched. Only a few rooms were lucky enough to put some gray mats on the ground. Different styles of video works are playing in every room. I hurried over them:
In a room, the doctor drugged a horse and stuffed it into a box, and then the Caballe in the casino and the organ in the church were staggered;
In another room video, there is a masked savage dance, accompanied by strong drums and faster and faster rhythm, as well as full-screen lighting windows and seamless planets;
There is Stonehenge in an exhibition hall. The movies on the ground are similar to the ancient religious ceremonies of African blacks in their water-deficient villages. At the same time, there is a 3D animated dragon, which is said to be a demon and ghost, bringing disaster to the village.
Open the next thick curtain, and there is a motorcycle full of light bulbs in the dark room, called jack-o 'lantern. Some are glass ornaments, and some make terrible noises.
Don't look at these artists, they make exaggerated jokes about all kinds of boring tastes in life, such as the food anchor who eats and sells cute, which is called "octopus head shot" by artists.
A female painter expressed her understanding of Feng Shui in China with colorful and chaotic lines. The long scroll lying on the ground can't see the lens, and the dense thin coils are wrapped around it, painting the sacred Goddess of Mending Heaven in her heart.
An ingenious painter put several large color blocks in the corridor to form a work. You can't know the intention of the work without reading the title. Later, I learned that he used the color of soil to show the difference of soil in major cities in the Yangtze River basin. I think it is not only the soil, but also the loss of green on the earth caused by the rapid development of cities.
Seventy-two watercolor paintings were strung with ropes in a room, depicting the expression of fish, the sadness of hippocampus, the tentacles cut off by octopus, the direction of seawater flow … I took a recent photo. Is the fish's sad eyes accusing human cruelty?
In the exhibition hall, a huge photographic combination can always attract people's attention, which is quite shocking. A work marked "red" was a birthday present taken by foreign artists during the National Day. There are bright red Chinese knots, pursed lips, eye-catching no-smoking signs, ladies' red skirts, red flags hanging in the street, red Nongfu Spring bottle caps and red reflections in the lake ... all of these are put together in a staggered way, forming a strong visual impact.
Another painting called "A Journey of Pseudo-plants" satirizes the scattered decorations of plastic fake flowers and green plants in people's lives: for example, they are placed in front of graves to mourn the dead, for example, they are hung on their chests as cheap crystal ornaments, for example, they are dressed as lively Christmas trees to celebrate the New Year ... These are all called "pseudo-plants" by photographers, and their lives have disappeared. Only bright and withered green bodies travel around the world, and people use them to create a better life.
I have to say that artists are truly universal, and their love can reach everyone and every living thing on earth. An artist paints, knits and embroiders many endangered animals with tapestries made of cheap synthetic fibers. These tapestries are used to build shelters for homeless people and give them the last warmth that belongs to this world …
"Water" shows too much, so I won't go into details. Let's talk about "trees" first, which is also the theme of environmental protection.
A painter only painted the trunk of a tree, and one of the inspirations came from seeing the antenna spinning around the window, which made him not very upset;
Some painters paint with black paint, a dark flower, which is said in ancient poems to be "peach blossoms in mountain temples".
A picture is black all over, and you can't see the outline without looking carefully. It is said to be "Mr. May 6th";
There are also Indian painters who paint with cow dung and sticky rice paste, telling people that everything is useful and expressing the relationship between animals and plants and human beings.
There is an exhibit that hangs all labor tools on the wall, alluding to the bones and trunks of the human body, turning the creation of tools after logging into a poetic pursuit.
Artists are very creative, and their imagination makes them show their magical powers, and their fingertips are flowing into art.
Some people printed the appearance of several big trees on carbon paper and stuck them on the wall, and drew smoke trees with computers, telling people how terrible it was that one day the branches released carbon dioxide instead of oxygen. Some people draw fairy tales, depict trees on human bodies, and tell children to protect green from childhood …
Like a few days ago, when I was watching the exhibition, I met many beautiful women who painted heavy makeup. Now I understand that they punch in and take photos in groups as network celebrities as the background of the exhibition hall. The purpose is not to look at the exhibits, but to photograph yourself. How narcissistic! On the front, I took a group photo alone, just to leave a beautiful image. As for what I have seen and learned, it is estimated that there are only a few superficial pictures of Xiu Xiu …
However, another group of lovely students, dressed simply and without affectation, asked their ages. They are just volunteers of high school students. They took the initiative to meet you, explained to you in a timid but clear voice, and squatted down to take pictures of you. Their faces are full of youth and brilliance, which makes people feel warm. Who says they are not cute after zero zero …
