Zhang Guangcai is a native of Manchu.

Zhangguangcailing is located more than 200 kilometers north of the main peak of Changbai Mountain in a narrow sense, which is the most prominent mountain in Heilongjiang Province. It belongs to the mountainous area eroded by flowing water, and most of the mountains are composed of Hercynian granite and Baigangshi granite.
