Is the relocation of new rural construction voluntary, and what if some people are unwilling to move?

Since the relocation of new rural construction is voluntary, people cannot be forced to move out of their old houses. Some people find it difficult to leave their homeland and are unwilling to leave the place where they have lived for generations; Some people estimate that life is difficult and there is no money to pay for a new house. Therefore, since the houses of villagers who are unwilling to move are left in place, people cannot be forced to live in houses in the new countryside.

In fact, I personally think that the unified resettlement in the new countryside is quite good. In our hometown, some towns and villages have started the construction of new countryside, all of which are voluntary and have no mandatory requirements. The houses put in the new countryside are all unified two-story villas, which are very foreign and completely enough for the family. And roads, greening and other facilities are also perfect, just like the community in the city.

Living in such a community feels good, the transportation is convenient, and the hygiene is much better than that in the previous countryside. Moreover, living in the resettlement sites in the new countryside does not delay farming. Because the resettlement sites are generally placed in several villages or places with relatively concentrated population. It's not far from home, so it doesn't take long to walk or ride a bike.

Our village said a few years ago that it would build a new countryside, but unfortunately it has not been implemented so far. It is not that it will not be implemented, but that the time has not yet come. I believe it will be implemented in the next few years. The hukou is in the rural hometown, and my parents have returned to the countryside to spend their old age. If we want to build rural areas, I will definitely take part.

My house was built by my father decades ago. At that time, the family was poor and the house was not enough to live in. I had to borrow money everywhere, and then I knocked down the old adobe house and rebuilt the current two-story brick house. Although it is a building, it has not been renovated for more than ten years after it was repaired. I grew up in this white embryo room.

This kind of house is made of bricks, and then two floors are made of prefabricated panels. The seismic performance is not very good, which is my biggest concern. There have been frequent earthquakes near our hometown in recent years, and every earthquake is very scary, especially because my parents have been living in it, which makes me very uneasy.

Therefore, if my hometown wants to build a new countryside, I will definitely participate, so that my parents can live comfortably and feel at ease in the countryside. Besides, sooner or later, I will return to the countryside. After all, the countryside is my root, and the fallen leaves will return to my root sooner or later.
