Introduction of Empress Chen XIV

/kloc-Chen Niangniang, 0/4 years old, was born in Chen Jinggu, Xiadu Street, Cangshan District, Fuzhou. She is the incarnation of the legendary Mrs. Chen Jinggu and is honored as the "Goddess of Women and Children Protection". In Du Min culture, she is a folk belief. According to historical records, influenced by his family, Chen Jinggu studied Taoism at the age of thirteen and returned at the age of fifteen. As an adult, she became a midwife in her hometown, saving lives and saving the world, which made her famous. In 767 AD, Chen Jinggu died in childbirth. The villagers felt his courage and dedication and reported his deeds to the court. In the third year of Tongguang in the later Tang Dynasty (AD 885), Feng Li and Chen Jinggu, the king of the Tang Dynasty, became "Mrs. Shuntian" and built a temple in her hometown to commemorate her achievements.

Chen Jinggu's hometown was once the ancient battlefield of Fuzhou and the birthplace of Chen Jinggu. Since the Tang and Song Dynasties, local officials and people have built temples here many times during the war, making it a folk belief temple with local color. At the end of Ming Dynasty and the beginning of Qing Dynasty, due to the influence of Zheng Chenggong in Taiwan Province Province and other places, Chen Jinggu's belief and custom culture spread widely in Fujian and Taiwan. In 2008, Chen Jinggu's loyal and vulgar culture was listed in the national intangible cultural heritage list.
