Maoling is the mausoleum of Liu Che, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, located in Xingping City, Xianyang, Shaanxi Province. It is the largest imperial mausoleum in the Han Dynasty, with the longest construction time and the richest funerary objects. It is called the "Pyramid of China". Xianyang Plain, located in the hinterland of Guanzhong, at the turn of the Jing-Wei River, is the main assembly place of the imperial tombs of the Western Han Dynasty. In the Western Han Dynasty, there were 1 1 emperors in 2 14 years, and1tombs were built, 9 of which were located in the original site of Xianyang. Among them, the most prominent are five mausoleums, namely, Gaozu Changling Mausoleum, Huidi Anling Mausoleum, Jingdi Yangling Mausoleum, Wudi Mausoleum and Zhao Di Ping Ling. At that time, these five tombs were all managed and built with spiritual instruments, so they were called "Wuling Yuan". In ancient poems, there are descriptions of "how Wuling aristocratic teenagers competed in luxury" and "Wuling military forces are light and fat". Maoling is located in the northeast of Xingping City, Shaanxi Province, and there is a "Wuling Plain" stretching for hundreds of miles from east to west. Xingping 12km in the west and Xianyang 15km in the east. It is far from Jiuyi Mountain in the north and Zhong Nanshan in the south. According to legend, Liu Che, Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, found a unicorn-shaped animal and a long-lived fruit tree near Maoxiang during a hunting. He decided that Maoxiang was a treasure trove of geomantic omen, so he wrote a letter to enclose it and began to build a mausoleum. This place belonged to Maoxiang, Li Huai County in the Han Dynasty, so it was called "Maoling". It is well received and has regional characteristics. This area belongs to the hot water-rich layer.
Ganling is one of the eighteen tombs of the Tang Dynasty in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province, located on Liangshan Mountain, 6 kilometers north of Ganxian County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province. Liangshan is a conical limestone mountain, with three peaks, with the northern peak being the highest, with an altitude of 1047.9 meters. Bahe River surrounds its east, desert water surrounds its west, and Ganling Gong Xuan is located on the north peak. Liangnan two peaks are low, east-west, with Sima Dao in the middle, so these two peaks are called "Feng Ru".
Zhaoling is the mausoleum of Emperor Taizong and Empress Wende. It is located on Jiuyang Mountain, 22.5 kilometers northwest of Liquan County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, and is a national AAA-level tourist attraction. From the burial of Emperor Sun Chang in the tenth year of Zhenguan in Tang Dynasty to the 29th year of Kaiyuan (743), the construction of Zhaoling lasted 107, with a circumference of 60 kilometers and an area of 200 square kilometers. * * * has more than 80 tombs/kloc-0, which is the "Eighteen Tombs of Tang Dynasty" in Guanzhong and the largest and most buried tomb in China Imperial Cemetery. It is a representative imperial mausoleum in the Tang Dynasty, and is known as "the famous mausoleum in the world". Zhaoling is a physical witness of the early Tang Dynasty to its prosperous Tang Dynasty, and a rare treasure house of cultural relics for understanding and studying the politics, economy and culture of the autocratic monarchy in Tang Dynasty and even in China.
