Water method is the only way to get started with Taoist magic. Without the practice of water magic, there would be no magic manifestation. This is the most basic and the most difficult thing to obtain.
Water, as a medium for communication between humans and the spirit world, has been favored by Taoist magic since ancient times. Feng Shui experts say: "Qi will disperse when riding on the wind, and stop when it encounters water." Although it is a Feng Shui expert's statement, one problem can be seen, that is, water can store "qi", prevent it from being scattered, and can condense it.
In the magic world, there are four major water methods, twenty-four medium water methods, thirty-six small water methods, and countless miscellaneous water methods.
Generally speaking, most people have learned the Thirty-Six Small Water Methods. Duan Gong and Dharma practitioners in rural areas generally circle around this thirty-six small water method. Those with single uses, such as removing evil spirits, reporting offenders, lifting soil, melting bones, stopping bleeding, sores, etc., fall into this category. These water methods need to be learned and mastered regardless of the sect (referring only to Taoism and folk Taoist spells and spells). The contents are very similar and never change.
The twenty-four water methods have more contents and functions. For example, the famous "Snow Mountain Water" can be taken internally to treat fevers, externally used to treat burns, and can also be used for performances. "Get out of the oil pan", "take the carbon road", etc., but they cannot go beyond the basic function of dealing with fire. There is also "Tie Niu Shui", which is mainly used to heal injuries and relieve pain. It can be used for healing, bone setting, pain relief, blood clots, bleeding, analgesia, wound healing, etc., but it cannot go beyond this scope and get into the frying pan! These water techniques are more advanced and generally cannot be learned by those without apprenticeship. Even if you find the talisman, you cannot refine it yourself. Also belonging to this category are "Arhat Water", "Yao Wang Water", "Guanyin Water" and so on. There are many small sects among the people who regard one of the water methods as a secret that is not passed down. For example, the "Iron Mountain Sect" actually specializes in the "Iron Niu Water Method". As the saying goes, "One trick can be used all over the world." There are many schools that have established themselves just by relying on these two intermediate water techniques.
The four major water spells are the most advanced water spells that are coveted by those who learn spells. After successfully practicing this water method, you can practice any other method without inheritance! Moreover, Zafa and lower-level Xiaoshuifa don’t need to be practiced, they can be used as they come. Intermediate water techniques only need to be practiced for seven days. But this water method is difficult to learn. Many people have never heard of it, let alone learned it. Because there are too many people posting random articles on the Internet, and many so-called masters are thick-skinned enough to compile their own Dafa teaching materials and sell them for money, so I do not intend to disclose the names of these four water methods. Otherwise, it won’t take long for the water method correspondence textbooks to be released, and they will be labeled as “thousand-year-old secrets, disclosed in the face of God’s punishment”, “exclusive correspondence courses, no other branches”, “eternal secrets, told with tears of blood”, "Secret biography of the only successor of the XX sect" and other signs are used to deceive the shy learners out of their money.
