The letter mentioned "Chunhua" because there was also a Chunhua county in Shanxi at that time, and the two counties had the same name. Xiaozong saw the words "Gaochun Town is to be located in the county" in the letter, and thought the word "Gaochun" was good, so he approved "named after Gaochun".
The original Gaochun Town was changed to "Xichun", which was named after a stream at the foot of the town.
There have always been three explanations for the meaning of the word "Gao Chun".
One way of saying it is: the street is built in Shan Ye Town, which is a high hill by the lake; At the foot of the mountain, there is a mountain river called Xichun, which flows into Gucheng Lake from north to south through Qinglong Bridge and Datong Bridge, and then flows into Guanxi River to the west.
The stream flows around the mountain, like a jade belt with a golden lock.
The ancients thought it was a "paradise", a treasure trove of geomantic omen, with mountains and rivers facing each other.
It can ensure strong financial resources and a prosperous population.
Therefore, we took the initials of "Gao Fu" and "Xi Chun" and named it "Gao Chun".
The second way of saying it is: people living in Gaofu, a lake, have accepted the exquisite scenery here for many years and lived a quiet and comfortable life like a paradise, with simple folk customs and simple folk customs.
So I took the last words of "high ground" and "pure people" and named it "Gao Chun".
The third way of saying it is: People who live in Gaofu by the lake are surrounded by the three lakes of Danyang, the ancient city and Shijiu, and backed by the mountains of You Shan, Huashan and Jiulong Mountain, so they can benefit from the mountains and enjoy the water.
People use the word "Gao" to mean people who live above Gaogang, and the word "Chun" means that people who live in Gaofu can "enjoy the blessings of the three lakes".
The word "three waters with roots" means three lakes, and the word "enjoy" on the right means "enjoy the blessings of three lakes".
