There is a custom in Southeast Asia that windmills can transport people. Windmills take away bad luck and bring back good luck. But if the windmill is put in the old position and works well, it will bring bad luck. So use the transshipment windmill with caution.
I don't think windmills have any influence on others, but I just hope I can get along with the wind.
