Automobile water tank, also known as radiator, is the main component of automobile cooling system. The function is to dissipate heat. The cooling water absorbs the heat in the water jacket. After flowing to the radiator, it dissipates heat, and then returns to the water jacket to adjust the temperature. It is an integral part of an automobile engine.
The automobile heating system heats the airflow inside or outside the car, and blows the heated airflow into the car again through the pipeline, thus forming warm air. Common automobile heating systems can be divided into three types: coolant heating, gas heating and exhaust gas heating. Coolant heating is used in automobiles. It consists of coolant, water pump, water valve, blower, warm water tank (heater core) and other components. The coolant is heated by the engine. After being pressurized by the water pump, the hot water enters the warm water tank from the water inlet of the warm water pipe through the rotary water valve which controls the coolant flow. The coolant entering the warm water tank enters the engine from the outlet of the warm water pipe and circulates.
When the heater box (heater core) is heated by the coolant, the blower is also working. The blower sucks in the cold air inside or outside the car and then blows it to the heater box. Cold air is heated by the warm air box and blown into the car, thus increasing the temperature inside the car.
