Luoyang is located in the west of Henan Province, in the east of Eurasia Continental Bridge, across the banks of the middle reaches of the Yellow River. It is one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization, and it is named because it is located in the Yang of the Luohe River. Zhengzhou in the east, Sanmenxia in the west, Jiaozuo across the Yellow River in the north and Pingdingshan and Nanyang in the south. There are many mountains around, such as Yushan, Mangshan, Qingyao Mountain, Jingzi Mountain, Zhoushan, Sakura Mountain, Longmen Mountain, Xiangshan, Wanan Mountain, shouyangshan and Songshan Mountain. There are many rivers and canals in the territory, belonging to the three major water systems of the Yellow River, Huaihe River and Yangtze River. The feng shui situation in Luoyang came from Songshan, crossed the canyon and became a hill. Starting from shouyangshan, it is reflected in the distance and reaches Gongxian County and the Yellow River. Songshan Mountain starts from the middle, starts from Huangling Mountain, branches to Heishiguan as Shuikou, and extends to Tangju in the middle, while the four mountains are tightly arched, with beautiful front peaks, the Ilo sword meets in front, and the right boundary of the dragon is also water. Dense mulberry trees promote agriculture, and the good Yangzhu flow is the water on the left, which flows into the Yellow River and goes around the back of Beijiang River. The Luohe River is melodious and meets the Yellow River in Gongxian County. It is a big party.

First, Luoyang has a complete shape and Long Mai has excellent sand and water. It comes from Songshan Mountain, crosses the gorge stone and becomes a hill. The dragon in Luoyang originated from Songshan Mountain, which is located in the southeast of Luoyang. As the source of Songshan Mountain, the mountains are lush and delicate. Feng Shui believes that where the dragon patriarch is strong, his descendants must be brave and handsome, so "Luoyang teenagers are like clouds and leaves, dancing with the wind."
Thirdly, Luoyang is the first city chosen by divination and geomantic omen in the literature. When King Cheng was in Fengdu, he wanted to build Luoyi and sent Zhao Gong to choose the site. Zhao Gong predicted Aquarius north of the Yellow River for the first time and found it unlucky, so he gave up. Then, he divined the place east of Jianshui and west of Shuishui, and got a good omen. Divination again _ the land of the west of the water also has good omen. Therefore, they sent people to show Wang Cheng maps and omens. Wang Cheng is very satisfied with the results of Zhao Gong's house inspection. However, Wang Cheng did not build its capital in Luoyang, but regarded Luoyang as its capital. It was not until 770 BC that King Ping officially moved to Luoyang.
