Based on job analysis, it uses the same evaluation elements and interview questions for candidates applying for the same position, and the candidates are evaluated by systematically trained examiners at the same time according to established standards.
The life system, implementation and result evaluation of interview questions are all carried out in accordance with the standardized procedures formulated in advance.
Structured interview process with three supports and one support;
1. Sign-in: Candidates must bring their ID cards and written test admission tickets according to the requirements of the interview announcement, report to the waiting room of the interview test center at the specified time, and implement closed management after reporting. Candidates are not allowed to leave the waiting room without permission.
2. Identity verification: The examiner will verify the valid identities of the interviewed candidates one by one, and at the same time keep the communication tools carried by the candidates in a centralized way.
3. Draw lots: Under normal circumstances, candidates will first draw the interview sequence number as required. Group if there are many people.
4. Waiting for the exam: After the lottery is completed, candidates will enter the waiting area to wait for the exam. They are not allowed to leave casually until the exam is over. They are supervised by the examination room staff and need to be accompanied by staff when going to the toilet. If the exam is arranged in the afternoon, lunch will also be sent to the waiting room by the staff to prevent leakage.
5. Entering the examination room: In order, when it is the candidate's turn to enter the examination room, the guide will announce it in the waiting room. Candidates arrive at the entrance of the examination room accompanied by the guide and enter the examination room by themselves.
6. Answer: After the candidates enter the venue, go directly to the candidates' seats and greet the examiner after standing. After taking a seat, candidates generally need to report the test serial number, and the examiner announces the introduction before the test begins. After answering the prescribed questions, sometimes the examiner will ask questions temporarily by himself or other judges, which is rare.
7. Exit: After the candidates have answered all the questions, the examiner will generally ask the candidates if there are any other supplements. At this time, the candidates generally answer no supplements. The examiner announced the withdrawal of the candidates, and the candidates went to the waiting room to wait for the scores.
8. Announce the results: The rater collects examiners' scores for the candidates and calculates the scores. After the accounting is completed, submit it to the supervisor for review. After being signed by the invigilator and examiner, it will be handed over to the staff to announce the candidates on the spot in the waiting room, and some will be posted in the waiting room.
