Control signals of stepping motor driver, such as DIR, CP, CW, CCW, CLK, EN, PLS, FREE, etc. , all divided into+-,what do you mean?

Let me tell you something.

(1) ①DIR is a direction signal, which is responsible for the forward and reverse rotation of the motor during single pulse control.

②CP and PLS are pulse signals, sometimes called PUL.

③ About this CW and CCW, it is generally used for double pulses, CW is a forward pulse and CCW is a reverse pulse. The general driver can have single pulse and double pulse, so it is generally represented by DIR and pul.

(4) EN and FREE are off-line signals or enable signals, which means that sometimes the motor will power off by itself, but the driver will not power off.

Different manufacturers have different labels, and some drivers have ALM on them, which is an alarm signal.

As for+-,generally speaking, PUL-, DIR- and EN- are all connected to corresponding signals, and PUL+\DIR+\ENA+ is only connected to +5V power supply.
