How to improve physical fitness

Recently, they want to try to participate in the marathon, and they are troubled by their lack of physical fitness. In this case, how should we exercise to increase our physical fitness?

In fact, it is easier than the increase of physical strength and flexibility, but it is not easy. The easy thing is that the speed of physical progress will be faster, but the difficult thing is that the process of strengthening physical fitness is more painful.

Then we can try the following three ways to strengthen our physique.

First, long-distance endurance running. The best way for us to strengthen our physique is jogging, running a few long-distance races honestly, adapting our bodies to long-distance races and forcing our physical fitness to improve.

This process is also gradual, instead of letting you directly set yourself an unattainable goal, you can try to increase your running distance first, and then increase your running speed when the distance is ok.

You can try running in the park or by the lake and set yourself a running distance, such as running around the lake for a week or running ten kilometers. The goal can be bigger. As long as you can finish it, you must be very, very tired after running, so that your exercise will be more effective.
