Masters Cup Tennis Tournament

Tennis Masters Cup is a tennis tournament held at the end of each year. The Tennis Masters Cup held in Shanghai in 2008 was the last tennis Masters Cup in history. Since 2009, the Tennis Masters Cup has been renamed "ATP World Tour Finals" and moved to London, England.

TennisMastersCup is a tennis tournament, and the contestants are the top eight players in the men's tennis ATPChampionRace that year. However, according to the rules of the Masters Cup, the player ranked eighth in the ATP tournament may not be eligible. If a player is one of the four Grand Slam champions in that year and ranks in the top 20 (but ranks outside the eighth), he can enter the Masters Cup instead of the eighth player, but if more than one player meets the above conditions, the player with the higher champion ranking will be given priority.

Different from other men's events, the Tennis Masters Cup is not a direct elimination competition system. Instead, all eight players are divided into two groups, with four players in each group, in the form of group single cycle, that is, each player must play against other players in the group once. The top two players with the best results in each group enter the semi-finals, and then the winner of the semi-finals enters the finals to compete for the championship.
