★ Number of teams:?
Open group 22-person system. Each team is limited to 23 people, including team leader 1, drummer 1, rower 20, and substitute 1. (1 The helmsman will be appointed by the Organizing Committee)
Open group 12 person system. Each team is limited to 13 people, including team leader 1 person, drummer 1 person, rower 1 person, and substitute1person. (1 The helmsman will be appointed by the Organizing Committee)
★ The competition dragon boat, paddle, life jacket and drum are provided by the Organizing Committee, and the specifications meet the requirements of the competition rules of China Dragon Boat Association, and the colors are the same; The rudder adopts fixed rudder; Only sitting posture is used in the competition; Athletes of each team are required to match their clothes with the same color and style.
★ Determine the competition mode and draw lots: This competition adopts the grouping system, and there is no preliminaries. The result of the game directly takes the best result.
★ The team leader, coach and referee will draw lots in groups; The course and ship number of the race were decided by drawing lots at the newspaper office before the race started.
Team and athlete qualifications
★ Players must register for the competition with valid identity documents. Enterprises and institutions are required to choose their own team leaders and do not accept individual registration.
★ Contestants must be examined by a regular hospital in that year, which proves that they are in good health, and at the same time, they have swimming skills with clothes on 100 meters above. Athletes must wear life jackets to participate in the competition. Each team must strictly check, and those who can't swim are not allowed to compete on the boat, and all the consequences are at their own risk.
★ The Organizing Committee of Dragon Boat Race will buy outdoor personal accident insurance for each participating athlete, and the participating athletes will bear accidents other than insurance.
★ Athletes' health, swimming ability and safety are the responsibilities of each team.
★ Before the competition, the team leader must sign a safety responsibility letter. At the same time, each team member signed an accident exemption responsibility letter with the organizing Committee.
★ The organizing committee shall make the entry documents (attendance cards) in a unified way.
