Experience sharing: structured interview is to answer interview questions in turn.

Structured group interview combines the characteristics of structured interview and leaderless group discussion, and requires a group of candidates to answer the questions of structured interview in turn within a specified time and comment on each other. The main process includes two links: preparation for the exam and interview implementation.

Preparatory stage

After arriving at the examination place, we will draw lots to decide our appearance order, and we need to wait patiently at this time. Before entering the examination room for an interview, the tour guide will lead us to the preparation site. We need to prepare for the exam with the team members. There will be a question book, draft paper and pen for us to use to record the answers. The preparation time is generally 10 minute. In this 10 minute, we need to analyze all the questions in the problem book and then prepare for the next interview.

Interview implementation

1. Answer stage: After entering the examination room and taking a seat, we will conduct the first stage of the interview, that is, the candidate's answer stage. Let's take the three-person and three-topic in the exercise book as an example to explain the order and time requirements of answering questions. First of all, the answer order of the first question is A, B and C. Everyone's answer time is not allowed to exceed 2 minutes, and the examiner will prompt you if it is overtime. Secondly, the order of answers to the second question is B, C and A, and the time is the same as above. Finally, the order of the answers to the third question is C, B and A. The time is the same as above. Careful students found that this answering sequence is to ensure that each player has the opportunity to answer a question for the first time, and also reflects the fairness of the exam, so the answering stage is over.

Let's take a group of four people answering three questions as an example to talk about the order of the answering stage. First of all, the order of answering the first question is A, B, C and D, secondly, the order of answering the second question is B, C, D and A, and finally, the order of answering the third question is C, D, A and B. Everyone speaks for no more than two minutes at a time, and the answering phase is over. At this time, some students will ask, what if the members of Group D do not have the right to answer questions? In fact, there will be an explanation in the next link.

2. Comment stage: After our answer stage is announced, we will begin the comment response stage. Let's take three people as an example.

First of all, A comments on B, A comments on C, B responds to A, and C responds to A, and each speech does not exceed two minutes.

Secondly, b comments on c, b comments on a, c responds to b, a responds to b, and the time is the same as above.

Finally, C comments on A, C comments on B, A replies to C, and B replies to C. At this point, the comment reply phase is over and the exam is over. As for the content of the comment reply, we will share it later.

Let's take a group of four people answering three questions as an example to talk about the order of comments and responses. In the answer phase, we know that team member D has no right to start, so in order to be relatively fair, the comment and response phase starts from D.

First of all, D comments on A, D comments on C, A responds to D, and C responds to D, and each speech does not exceed 2 minutes.

Secondly, A comments on B, A comments on D, B responds to A, D responds to A, and the time is the same as above.

B comments on C, B comments on A, C replies to B, A replies to B, the time is the same as above.

Finally, C comments on D, C comments on B, D replies to C, B replies to C, the comment reply phase is over, and the exam is over.
