I. Test scope
Candidates who apply for police skills (physical fitness) positions in provincial prison reeducation-through-labor units must participate in the on-site test of police skills (physical fitness) organized by the Provincial Department of Justice after the written test and before the interview. Those who fail to pass the test shall not be employed as the people's police of reeducation through labor in prison (whether or not candidates need to test their police skills and physical fitness for the positions they apply for shall be subject to the requirements of the application conditions in the recruitment plan).

Third, the content of the exam
According to the basic quality requirements of the people's police in prison reeducation through labor, the field test was carried out from four aspects: queue, shooting, enemy capture technology and physical fitness (men's 1000 meter running and women's 800 meter running).

(2) shooting.

2. Pistol combination: (1) Mount the firing machine; (2) installing the cylinder; (3) installing a reentry vehicle; (4) Install the sleeve; (5) Install the connecting shaft; (6) Gun inspection.
3. Shooting action. (1) is loaded in the standing position; (2) according to the gun; (3) Start shooting (firing once); (4) check the gun.
(3) Enemy capture technology.

2. Evaluation criteria:

(2) serious and dignified;
(3) obey the command and forbid it.
All actions that meet the above standards are qualified, otherwise they are unqualified.
(2) Shooting test methods and evaluation criteria.
1. Test method: Candidates accept the on-site test, and the examiner is designated to issue a password to complete the pistol disassembly, assembly and shooting actions within the specified time, and each action is done 1 time.
2. Evaluation criteria:
(1) Dissociation and combination criteria of pistols;
① Complete the disassembly and assembly of the May 4th pistol once within the specified time (male: 2 minutes, female: 2 minutes and 30 seconds);
② Disassemble and combine the six parts of the May 4th pistol according to the specified action essentials;
(3) accurate and skilled movements;
(4) obey the command, be serious, and order it to be prohibited;
⑤ The gun must be inspected before decomposition and after combination.
(2) shooting action evaluation criteria:
(1) The action is accurate and the main points are prominent;
② Skilled and coherent movements;
(3) strictly abide by the command, action and password;
(4) serious, it is strictly prohibited.

(3) Test methods and evaluation criteria for catching the enemy.
1. Examination method: Candidates take the on-site test, and the basic technology 1 and the snapshot technology 1 are determined by drawing lots in the content of the snapshot technology test. Give the password by the designated examiner and bring your opponent to cooperate. Each action can be done twice to get the best effect.
2. Evaluation criteria:
(1) The action is accurate and the main points are prominent;

(3) The actions are decisive and coherent, and the enemy's awareness is strong;
(4) Good enemy control effect.

(four) physical fitness (men's 1000 meters, women's 800 meters) test methods and evaluation criteria.
1. Test method: Candidates are tested on a 400-meter standard track, divided into groups according to gender, with no less than 2 people in each group. The standing start, the time after the starting gun, the finish recorder is responsible for registering everyone's results.
2. Evaluation criteria: those who finish the competition within the specified time are considered qualified, otherwise they are unqualified. Men's 1000m running eligibility criteria: less than or equal to 4 minutes and 25 seconds under 30 years old, less than or equal to 4 minutes and 35 seconds above 3 1 year old; The eligibility criteria for women's 800-meter running are: 4 minutes and 20 seconds under 30 years old and 4 minutes and 30 seconds above 3/kloc-0.
Of the above four tests, more than two (including two) that fail to meet the standards will be eliminated, that is, the police skills (physical fitness) test is unqualified and the civil servant qualification will be cancelled.
