Most interviews of civil servants take the form of structured interviews. Mainly through cartoons, famous sayings and epigrams, cross-talk stories, speeches and other questions, the comprehensive analysis ability, planning, organization and coordination ability, interpersonal awareness and skills, adaptability, oral expression ability, job search motivation and the matching with the proposed position are investigated.
The structured interview process mainly includes: drawing lots, waiting for exams, entering the examination room, answering questions, exiting, and publishing results. Among them, the published score is the scoresheet of the rater's set number, which is checked and submitted to the supervisor for review. After the supervisor signs with the examiner, it will be handed over to the staff, who will announce it on the spot or post it in the waiting room.
