Lishan Old Mother Temple, also known as Old Mother Palace, evolved from Loi Wo Temple in Shang Dynasty. On both sides of the mountain gate are iron pots, tin cans and other cultural relics, which were cast in the fifth year of Wanli in the Ming Dynasty. The iron pot is 0.73m high, with a diameter of1.25m and a weight of 750kg. The drum height 1.29m, diameter 1.08m and weight1.500kg.. When the temple fair of the ancient mother temple was held, it was used for Chaoshan pilgrims to cook porridge and hold water, and it was like a sign of fire, water and good luck in Taoism, so that Yin and Yang could be reconciled. Iron pot, iron deficiency inscription is clearly visible, its text says: "An furnace casts a tripod, with great cooking power. Many people lose money when the gods shine. Fire boils in the south and water surges in the north. It is both auspicious and longevity, and it is endless. " "Ann furnace casting tripod, with big cooking work. East chefs always depend on each other, and their surnames and lives depend on each other. Water is the capital of the northern government, and fire takes Nanding. Both Ji Ji and Puli are infinite. "
A few meters in front of the mountain gate, I came to the three halls. San Xiao Hall is dedicated to three immortal women: Bixiao, Xiao Yun and Xiao Qiong. The plaque "Mother is a teacher" above the gate of San Xiao Temple tells us the relationship between Empress San Xiao and Lishan's mother. According to legend, San Xiao is Zhao Gongming's sister, the God of Wealth. When she became an immortal, God asked her to help Zhou Fazhou, but Jiang Ziya defeated her. Later, she worshipped Lishan's mother as a teacher and practiced immortality again. San Xiao is the three highest female immortals in charge of human life, wealth and longevity. Taoism believes that three clouds also represent heaven, earth and people. Only when heaven, earth and people live in harmony can happiness, wealth and longevity accompany human life.
Just north of San Xiao Hall, there is a magnificent mother hall. The two halls are more than 20 meters apart, and there is a giant incense burner in the middle, which is full of incense and cigarettes.
The Old Mother's Hall rises from Keelung, and the hall imitates the ancient wooden building of the Hall of Supreme Harmony in the Forbidden City. Surrounded by white marble, cornices, colorful arches and golden roofs, it is solemn and magnificent. Well-intentioned tourists stop here, excited and awed, and rise up with the heart of worship and prayer at the moment when all thoughts are silent.
When you carefully cross the threshold of the main hall, under the golden "Mother of Creation" plaque, the giant golden statue of Mount Li, sitting in danger and wearing a brocade robe, is the famous mother. On the three-way sacrifice couch, good men believe in women and devote themselves to burning incense in order to achieve health and safety, success for future generations, career development and all the best. This is really the infinite compassion of Lishan's mother, and all living beings want something.
In the south corner of the east side behind the old mother's hall, there is a visa-seeking desk, which is a good place for tourists to seek visas. The applicant shakes the sign tube up and down with both hands, and then takes the sign, and the Taoist priest takes the ticket according to the sign. This sign is clear and easy to understand. Haven't you noticed that the people who draw lots in the main hall are often crowded, vying for the first place and eager to be abnormal. The reason is that God signed it and understood the heart of heaven and earth.
When you walk down the steps happily, you can see a lush old acacia tree in the southwest corner outside the temple. According to Huaqing Shihua, this tree was planted in the old mother's temple by Li Longji and Yang Yuhuan, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, after they made a love oath on July 7th that "Heaven is a bird in a pair, and the earth is a branch". Its stout body and arms reaching into the sky bear witness to the long history of the old mother temple. Because he understood his mother's majestic aura, Pig Bajie's face gradually appeared at the height of Shuren. Now, the ancient view has been rebuilt, and when it is harmonious and prosperous, Bajie is happy with double horns on his forehead, showing the shape of a leading unicorn. Taoism is natural, which expands the virtue of mother, which also shows that everything in the universe is endowed with the natural law of Taoism and life as one. Tourists will wear red ribbons when they come here, in order to stay young, healthy and live long.
Looking back later, I saw three doorplates hanging above the gate of the old mother temple, namely "Taoism is natural", "judging heaven and earth from the beginning" and "supreme". My admiration for Lishan's old mother rose again in my heart, and I saw several winning streak embedded in the red column. I might as well sing it to them in turn, "Kun is rich and boundless, containing great bright products." "Heaven helps the sun and moon in the world to add color, and the land is as heavy as Mount Tai." "Make up the heavens and the earth, create people's hearts, show great virtue, show eternal life, pass on the eight treasures of moral articles, and help the people." "kindness, filial piety, merits and demerits accumulate in constancy, and pray or worship your mother to know your heart." After singing and chewing, I feel that my mother has made great contributions to the world and I am grateful to Mount Tai. Worshipers must be filial piety and good deeds, and accumulate merits and virtues. This is not a waste of life. It is worthwhile to pay homage to Mount Li.
At this time, walking down the stone steps from the north side of the old mother temple, you will feel the fragrance of grass and flowers, and it is quiet. This is the back garden of the old mother temple. In the Qing Dynasty, it was once the Tibetan Scripture Building of the Old Mother Temple. Visitors climb the stairs and look north, but unfortunately they were destroyed by the war in the turmoil of returning to Han Dynasty. Now I'm here, but I see the pine and cypress in the garden are lush and flowery, the corridors on the east, west and north are connected, and the stone tables and slabs are arranged in order. Tourists come here, sit on the boards, rest again and again, and look around the veranda. Vision is like gold, wandering like a belt, winding to the sky, looking at streets and buildings carefully.

It turns out that this old mother who has sacrificed for thousands of years is actually an ancient god who is as one with heaven and earth and Tong En. The Dictionary of Taoism compiled by the Taoist Association of China explains: "According to legend, the old mother of Lishan Mountain was buried in the sun of Lishan Mountain after her death, and Loi Wo Temple was built on the second peak of Xixiuling Mountain of Lishan Mountain as a memorial, and later generations gradually renamed it the Old Mother Hall.

" It is also recorded in ancient books that Lishan's mother once made people out of loess, taught people to get married, and there were springs in ancient times. "Romance of the Gods" said: There is no way in Yin and Zhou Dynasties, and my mother is willing to behead Zhou Zhou. The middle-aged mother of Journey to the West invited Guanyin, Manjusri and Pu Xian to become mother and daughter, in order to strengthen Zhu Bajie's heart of learning from the scriptures.
