How is the interview for civil servants arranged?

The interview procedure is similar as follows:

The interview content is divided into several evaluation elements, mainly including comprehensive analysis ability, oral expression ability, adaptability, planning and coordination ability, interpersonal awareness and skills, self-emotional control, the matching between job hunting motivation and the proposed position, speech and behavior, professional ability and so on.

1. Report. Generally, you need to report to the designated place 10-30 minutes in advance.

2. Check your identity. The examination staff checks the candidates' identity documents and interview notices.

3. draw lots.

Draw lots to decide the grouping and entry order. In some areas, group labels are drawn first, and then sequence labels are drawn. In other regions, the order of grouping and items is determined at one time, such as: three (1), which means 1 item of the third group. In some areas, candidates are grouped in advance and the examination room number is arranged. At present, this practice is no longer adopted in most areas, because fairness cannot be guaranteed and it is easy for examiners and candidates to collude in advance. However, some central state organs' civil service examination ministries still use this form for interviews.

Waiting for the exam

After the lottery, enter the waiting area to wait for the exam. You can't just leave before the exam is over. There is supervision of the examination room staff, and the toilet needs to be accompanied by staff. If the exam is arranged in the afternoon, lunch will also be sent to the waiting room by the staff. In order to prevent the candidates who have finished the exam from revealing the situation to the candidates who did not take the exam.

To enter the test room

According to the sequence, when it is the candidate's turn to enter the examination room, the guide will announce to the waiting room: "Please enter the examination room", and the candidate will arrive at the entrance of the examination room with the guide. Generally, the examination room door is open, so candidates can go in directly without knocking at the door. If the door is closed, candidates need to knock on the door and get permission from the examiner before entering. Guides are not allowed to call candidates by their names directly, otherwise it will be considered a serious violation of examination discipline. The general guide only knows the serial number of the candidate.

Start an interview

After admission, candidates go directly to the candidates' booth, say hello to the examiner after standing, and after getting the instruction of "please sit down", candidates can sit down. After the candidates are seated, they generally need to report their own test serial numbers. After the examiner announced the introduction, the exam began.

Remind candidates to pay special attention that candidates can't give their names. The self-introduction introduced by some candidates in the interview books is seriously inconsistent with the current exam. If you report your name in the examination room, the candidate will be disqualified from the interview on the spot.

The examination time is generally 15 minutes, and the number of questions is generally 4-5.

quit

After the candidates have answered all the questions, the examiner will generally ask the candidates if they have anything else to add. Most of the time is up, and candidates usually don't answer at this time. The examiner announced that the candidate had left and waited for the score in the waiting room. After the raters check the scores, candidates can leave the examination room after being notified of the scores in the waiting room. There are also some areas where candidates leave after the on-site results are announced. This situation is suitable for a small number of candidates. The waiting room system is implemented in almost all areas of Heilongjiang Province. In addition, the interview results of some units of the central state organs are generally not announced on the spot.

8. Score

Examiners will give their own grading sheets to raters to calculate their scores. After the accounting is completed, submit it to the supervisor for review.

9. Publish the results

After the grader calculates the score, the invigilator and examiner sign it and give it to the staff to announce it to the candidates in the waiting room. Some are posted in the waiting room.

10. End of interview

Candidates are required to leave the waiting room as soon as possible after getting the scores, and are not allowed to stay or walk around at will. Candidates go home and wait, and the website will publish the shortlist and medical examination list. At this point, the interview is over. Many candidates are worried that there will be problems during the interview. In fact, as long as they listen to the guidance and arrangement of the examination room teacher, there will be no problem.

I hope I can help you!
