In order to create a "healthy Chinese classroom", reshape the teaching mode of "healthy Chinese" and strive to practice the concept of "five-activity classroom", at 7: 30 in the morning, the judges and contestants gathered in the conference room of Xiaodian Experimental School to learn the spirit of the "Thirteen Key Tasks Promotion Meeting" and the relevant requirements of the "Charming Teachers" competition in Hubin New District, so as to ensure that the activities were focused and promoted in place.
The activity was conducted in the form of "heterogeneous in the same class", and the contestants were randomly selected, including Ye Liansheng from Huangdun Central School, Zhu Dongmei from Zaohe Junior Middle School, Yan, Yu Juan Experimental School, Shi Zhen from Xiaodian Experimental School and Du Xin. The order of classes is decided by drawing lots.
The first class is taught by teacher Ye Liansheng of Huangdun Central School. The seventh class is taught by teacher Ye Zi of Juan Experimental School. Finally, all the teachers and judges gathered in the conference room to comment on the six lessons. Finally, Guan Shoubao summarized the activities and pointed out seven shortcomings of Chinese teaching in our district: 1, some teachers were not enthusiastic enough; 2. The humanistic interpretation of the article is not deep; 3. Classroom teaching is restricted by courseware too much; 4. The teaching entry point is too big; 5. Teaching blackboard writing is obviously divorced from teaching objectives; 6. The phenomenon of teachers and students singing and playing by themselves still exists; 7. Students don't read enough.
Although the activity is over, all the participants have gained a lot.
