According to the spirit of the Notice on Printing and Distributing No.47 [2009] of Fujian Provincial Tourism Bureau and the actual situation of the development of tour guides in our city, the implementation plan for the qualification examination of tour guides in Fujian Province in 2009 is formulated as follows:
1. Registration time: The deadline for candidates to register is September 2009 1 1.
Second, the registration conditions:
The 2009 Tour Guide Qualification Examination is still open to the public. The specific registration conditions are as follows:
1, a citizen of People's Republic of China (PRC) with high school or technical secondary school education, is in good health and has basic knowledge and language skills to meet the needs of tour guides;
2. Graduates with technical secondary school or vocational high school education as tour guides;
3. Those who have no capacity for civil conduct or have limited capacity for civil conduct may not apply;
4. Those who have received criminal punishment (except negligent crimes) may not apply for the exam.
Third, the registration procedure:
Anyone who meets the registration conditions may apply directly to the local county (city, district) Tourism Bureau. The specific registration procedures are as follows:
1. Fill in the registration form: anyone who meets the registration requirements should register with the local county (city, district) tourism bureau or log on to the website of the local municipal tourism bureau to download the registration form for the national tour guide qualification examination in duplicate, and fill it out carefully as required.
2. Audit: the applicant's unit (the unemployed person is a street office) has passed the audit, signed an opinion and sealed it.
3. Verification and photos: (1) When registering, you need to provide a copy of your academic certificate and ID card and check the original; (2) A recent health certificate issued by a first-class hospital in a county (city, district) is required when registering; (3) Four recent one-inch bareheaded, front and red color photos with the same background are required for registration.
3. In order to adapt to the new situation of talent flow, eligible candidates are allowed to take the tour guide qualification examination at the place where they are not registered. When registering in a non-registered place, such candidates should provide a Temporary Residence Permit issued by the public security department of the temporary residence, and the current work unit will issue a certificate and assessment opinions. If you have no work unit in a non-registered place, you may not apply.
4 counties (cities, districts) Tourism Bureau should strictly implement the registration conditions and procedures, strengthen the qualification examination of applicants, and those who do not meet the registration conditions may not apply. County (city, district) Tourism Bureau shall summarize and report to Nanping Tourism Bureau before September 15.
Four, teaching materials and training:
1. Textbook: Use the "Guidance Textbook for Tour Guide Examination in Fujian Province" first printed and distributed by the Tour Guide Examination Office of Fujian Tourism Bureau in the third edition in 2008, and purchase it when registering. (In the textbook of this year's tour guide qualification examination, the third chapter of policies and regulations and the first section of the seventh chapter of tour guide service are inconsistent with the current travel agency regulations, which shall prevail. The Travel Agency Regulations can be downloaded online. )
2. Training: In order to improve the professional ethics and professional quality of candidates, candidates will participate in pre-test training on a voluntary basis, and a pre-test counseling training class will be held at xx College Training School on September 5.

2. On-site examination (100): The examination content shall be conducted according to the content of the on-site oral examination score sheet, and the specific requirements are as follows:
(1) Explanation of simulated scenic spots (50%): Candidates draw lots from nine designated scenic spots in the province to decide the names of the scenic spots to be explained, namely, Fuzhou Shipbuilding Culture, Gulangyu Island, Binhai Volcano National Geopark, Qingyuan Mountain, Meizhou Island Mazu Culture, Taining World Geopark, Wuyishan, Gutian Conference Site and Pingnan Baishuiyang, and then freely choose any scenic spot in the scenic spot. Draw the prize 15 minutes before the test.
(2) Knowledge question and answer (30%): It mainly includes Fujian tourism current affairs and basic knowledge, guide service standard knowledge, and guide contingency ability knowledge. On the premise of mastering the contents of the third, fourth, fifth and sixth chapters of the textbook "Guidance Service", candidates can conduct a "knowledge question and answer" interview with reference to the "Review Materials for On-site Oral Test Questions" provided by the Guidance Service Office of the Provincial Bureau.
(3) Language and manners (20%): mainly examine candidates' language ability, candidates' appearance, appearance, manners and their application.
3. Candidates applying for a foreign language must take the on-the-spot examination in the language of the applied language, plus interpretation (Chinese-English translation) and foreign language dialogue. The written test subjects and contents are the same as Chinese.
4. According to the regulations of the National Tourism Administration, those who fail the tour guide qualification examination will not be re-examined.
Except for the on-site examination, the examination time for each written test subject is 2 hours.

Seven, examination and training fees:
According to the principle of "separation of examination and training, voluntary training", the principle of paying fees on behalf of others, fairness and reasonableness, the provisions of the Provincial Price Bureau and the Provincial Department of Finance Minfei [2009] 132, and confirmed by the municipal price department, the training fee for the qualification examination of tour guides in 2009 is 480 yuan per person (including registration fee, training fee, written examination fee and on-site examination fee) to guide the examination to the city.
