First, apply for registration.
Organizing the registration of the national civil service recruitment examination according to the prescribed procedures and methods is an important link in the implementation of the whole civil service recruitment examination. It is also a concrete embodiment of the principle of openness and equality in the national civil service recruitment examination. The application for the civil service recruitment examination shall be carried out after the examination organ issues the recruitment announcement. The specific procedures are as follows:
(a) before the official registration, the personnel who take the civil service examination should receive all kinds of forms and materials required for registration at the specified time and place, fill in the registration form carefully and understand the registration information.
1. The contents of the application form generally include:
(1) Personal basic information: name, gender, age, native place, address, mailing address and photo;
(2) the requirements stipulated in the examination law, such as whether there are any bad habits, whether they have been rewarded or punished, etc.
(3) Education and qualifications: cultural procedures, work experience, personal moral habits, hobbies, physical fitness and health status. ;
(4) Other matters: marital status, family status, social relations, personal burden, etc.

(1) Applicant
Generally, except for some professions and posts that are in short supply in Beijing, all employees owned by the whole people with urban hukou outside Beijing are allowed to apply for the exam. Most occupations and positions are registered by employees owned by the whole people with urban hukou in Beijing.
A. Candidates in Beijing
First, employees in Beijing and local party and government organs, people's congresses, CPPCC, courts, procuratorates and enterprises and institutions owned by the whole people are allowed to apply for the exam.
Second, files are allowed to be stored in relevant exchange centers in Beijing, and employees owned by the whole people are reserved to apply for the exam.
Third, graduate students majoring in foreign languages, accounting, computer and archaeology who graduated in the spring of that year and graduate students from Beijing universities with more than two years' work experience are allowed to apply for the exam. The problem of staying in Beijing for graduate students outside Beijing after employment is solved by the Ministry of Personnel.
Fourth, the State Council Army is allowed to transfer to another office and double (retired) office for examination and approval. 1994 Demobilized officers and demobilized soldiers who have been resettled in Beijing but have not found a resettlement unit can apply for the examination.
Fifth, employees owned by the whole people in collective, private and joint ventures are allowed to apply for the exam.
Sixth, applicants whose units are located in suburban counties must issue a letter of introduction or a letter of introduction that the personnel or organization department agrees to apply for according to the relevant management authority at the time of registration or during the recruitment process. If they can't, they will decide whether to allow them to apply for the exam according to their situation. Candidates who are allowed to apply for the exam will be stored in the "candidate database" of the Ministry of Personnel and recommended as "candidates" after issuing a letter of introduction.
Seventh, applicants from primary and secondary schools, public security and reform-through-labour institutions must also issue letters of introduction or approval from municipal and ministerial education and personnel departments according to their management authority when registering or during the recruitment process. If it cannot be distributed, the method similar to that in "6" above shall be followed.
B. Applicants outside Beijing
First, colleges and departments enrolling students outside Beijing should meet the requirements of Beijing's relevant regulations on shortage of majors or special work experience.
Second, applicants from outside Beijing should be employees owned by the whole people.
Third, teachers in remote areas, primary and secondary schools or candidates from outside Beijing in some special industries must issue a letter of introduction from the personnel department of the local provincial government.

First, if the professional and technical qualifications are assessed by the relevant competent authorities in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, they will be recognized when applying for the exam. Among them, senior professional and technical qualifications are generally assessed by provincial and ministerial competent units.
Second, the position. The professional and technical positions of enterprises and institutions, such as the corresponding professional and technical qualification certificates issued according to the relevant provisions of the state, shall be recognized when applying for the examination; Enterprises and institutions employ cadres or personnel who hold certain administrative positions, as long as they meet the relevant provisions of the state, they shall be recognized when applying for the examination.
(4) Apply for volunteering
A. Candidates in Beijing
First, candidates are allowed to fill in three similar volunteers, namely, the first volunteer department (three positions in Selected Graduates), the second volunteer department, and whether they obey the distribution.
Secondly, in the case that the first choice cannot be realized, candidates who fill in the second choice department can be allowed to participate in the interview of the second choice department and continue to compete, and the second choice department may be vacant because the candidates' test scores fail to meet the requirements.

B. Applicants outside Beijing
Applicants from outside Beijing are only allowed to fill in a voluntary department and whether they obey the distribution.
(5) Examination and employment of candidates from outside Beijing
A. Recruitment departments outside Beijing can openly recruit for social or industrial organizations according to job requirements and unemployment characteristics.
B. After the qualification examination, applicants from outside Beijing will go to Beijing to take the examination or take the examination in the examination room outside Beijing according to the requirements of the recruitment department and the examination time and content uniformly stipulated by the Ministry of Personnel.
C. After the applicants from outside Beijing have passed the examination and reported to the Ministry of Personnel for the record, the Ministry of Personnel will solve the related index problems of entering Beijing.

Third, get the admission ticket.
The admission ticket is issued by the national civil service examination examiner according to the registration and qualification examination.
The admission ticket is uniformly printed by the examiner, affixed with the recent bareheaded 1 inch photo submitted by the applicant, and takes effect after being stamped and sealed by the examiner. Fill in the admission ticket carefully, and the candidate's name must be exactly the same as the registration form.
The stub of "Admission Ticket" should be bound into a book according to the examination room for the prison staff to use when checking the examiner. Applicants who lose the admission ticket must be certified by their unit and carry relevant documents. After being audited by the registration point, they will be reissued by the original issuing unit. The reissued admission ticket uses the original admission ticket, but it is marked "reissued".
When arranging the admission ticket number, the examiner should try to arrange the applicants of the same unit in different examination rooms and the examination numbers are not adjacent. The admission ticket number generally adopts 8 digits.
Civil servant recruitment examination procedure
China's civil service recruitment examination is mainly divided into two procedures: written examination and interview. First, a written test is conducted. Only those who pass the written test are eligible to enter the next procedure, that is, the interview. The written test is generally held by the national personnel department, and the interview is flexibly implemented by all units. Moreover, both the written test and the interview have their own special procedures. In order to understand them more clearly, they and the program are described below respectively.
(A) written test procedures
The written test is the examinee's answer to the test paper in written form, and its procedure is:
(1) form a written test team. The written test management leading group consists of examiners, who assign candidates to different examination rooms according to the examination numbers and organize candidates to understand and be familiar with the examination rooms. At the same time, each examination room is equipped with corresponding examiners and invigilators according to the number of candidates. (2) Arrange the examination room and seat number. The layout of the examination room is solemn. The examination room is clean and tidy, with complete tables and chairs. There are no books, newspapers or pieces of paper left on the table or on the floor related to the content of the exam. At the same time, arrange the seat numbers in the order of test numbers, and the distance between test tables should meet the standards.
(3) distribute test papers. On the day of the exam, the invigilator should arrive at the examination room in advance, open the test paper in public five minutes before the exam, and check whether the content of the test paper is consistent with the on-site exam. Then hand out the test paper to each seat number. If it is found that the test paper is lost or the content of the test paper is inconsistent with the test, it should be reported to the relevant person in charge in time.
(4) Check the candidates' names, photos and certificates. After the official start of the examination, invigilators patrol the examination room to check the real situation of the candidates' certificates and prevent impersonation. At the same time, invigilators should also remind candidates to fill in their names, units and test numbers. Some exams will be checked before the exam, and the invigilator will check the candidates' certificates one by one before allowing the candidates to enter the examination room. (5) Announce the examination notes. In order to ensure the seriousness of the recruitment examination, the examiner should read out some matters needing attention during the examination before the examination. All kinds of violations of examination discipline should be stopped or dealt with.
(6) Conduct a written test and the candidates will answer questions. As soon as the bell rang, the examiner announced the start of the written test and the candidates began to answer questions. During the examination, the invigilator doesn't give any explanation to the content of the test questions. In case of problems such as unclear printing or missing printing of test papers, candidates can ask the examiner, who should answer them, but they should not give correct answers or give any hints. (7) Winding, bundling and sealing. Twenty minutes before the end of the exam, invigilators should remind candidates to pay attention to the time. As soon as the examination ends, the examiner announces to stop answering questions, and the candidates immediately stop writing and leave the examination room. Under the supervision of the invigilator, the invigilator will roll it up, bind it into a book and seal it, and hand it over to the examination organ for centralized custody.
(2) interview procedures
Interview means that candidates face the examiner's situation and answer the examiner's questions orally. Its basic procedure is:
(1) Determine the list of people who will attend the interview. Generally speaking, according to the level of written test scores and the number of employees, or the prescribed written test admission scores, the people who participate in the interview are determined. The number of people attending the interview should generally be greater than or equal to the number of people to be hired. (2) Organize an interview evaluation team. This is the core work of interview preparation. The members of the bid evaluation team are generally composed of representatives of the employer, personnel of the government personnel department or relevant leaders of the administrative department, and testing experts in related fields.
(3) Prepare the interview rules. Including the interviewee, the methods and standards of performance evaluation, the conditions for participating in the interview and matters needing attention.
(4) Arrange the examination room. The interview examination room is different from the written examination room. It consists of two parties, one is the examinee and the other is a member of the evaluation team, and the two sides form a corresponding pattern.
(5) interview questions. After the interview begins, the candidates will determine the interview topic by drawing lots, or the examiner will read the questions to the candidates. Candidates take turns to enter the examination room and accept the examination questions. (6) Candidates prepare answers.
(7) Answering questions, candidates answer questions within the specified time. Examiners can ask questions continuously, and candidates should improvise.
(8) The examiner evaluates and summarizes the interview situation of the candidates, gives his own scores on the spot, and makes records at the same time. Designated personnel fill in the interview score evaluation form and hand it over to the examiner for signature.
The basic structure of the civil service recruitment interview procedure is as follows:

5. Marking: After the examiner asks questions, he should take back the scoring sheet and the answers to the questions from the judges in time. The grading table is handed over to the rater for grading, and the answers to the questions are handed over to the supervisor (composed of representatives of the Party Committee, the Commission for Discipline Inspection and the supervision department); After grading, the examiner asks the supervisor to review.
6. Announce the score: The invigilator announces that the score is correct after examination, and the examiner asks the rater to highlight the score.
