1. Go to the real estate transaction hall of the county or city where you are located to handle the real estate appraisal first.

2. Secondly, go to the local tax branch or local tax office where the property is located to handle the business tax.

3. Finally, take the original and photocopy of the real estate license, the original and photocopy of the land certificate and the floor plan of the house to the real estate transaction hall for real estate transfer.
