GUZ number is a number created by NVC after your immigration application is approved by USCIS and sent to NVC (National Visa Center Federal Visa Center). The real case number is GUZ20 15747003. The GZO number is the number assigned after the electronic application process.

The receipt number starting with WAC/EAC/SRC/LIN/MSC on the I-797 form was created by USCIS.

GUZ number analysis:

Cases approved by 1.USCIS will be transferred to the National Visa Center (NVC). After receiving the case approved by USCIS, NVC will create a file number for each immigrant file, such as GUZ20 15747003.
