Reflections on Freddie's Adventures

Recently, I read a set of books called Freddie Pig, which tells the story of a pig named Freddie and his friends. I read three books, all of which are very interesting.

The first book, Freddie Go to Florida, tells the story that the livestock on Bean Farm are tired of the long and cold winter and go to Florida for a holiday. The idea comes from Charles the rooster, because he really doesn't like getting up at dawn every day in winter. The animals all agreed with his idea, so they drew lots to choose the list to go to Florida. They were warmly received along the way and met the president. But the journey is not so safe, and there are always some crises lurking. Finally, the livestock solved the crisis with their wisdom and courage and returned to the farm safely.

The second book is called Detective Freddy. In this book, Freddie became the most conspicuous protagonist, and cooperated with Mrs. Wiggins, a cow, to open a detective agency. It happened that strange things always happened on the farm during that time, which kept them busy. Freddie played a great role in these cases, big and small. He not only judges cases like gods, but also speaks eloquently, just like Sherlock Holmes.

The third book, Freddie and the Spaceship, tells the story that after a forest fire, Freddie and his friends are going to travel to Mars in Uncle Ben's spaceship. On the way, fellow traveler Pei Bokang accidentally bumped into a valve and brought the spaceship back to Earth. But they all thought it was Mars, so a series of ridiculous things happened. ...

There are 25 books in Freddy Piggy series, which is regarded as the pinnacle of American children's fantasy literature. The author mr. brooks created a lovely Freddie for us: he is a prince among pigs, although ugly, but unique; He is also a poet. He likes to write fancy poems and show them whenever he has the chance. He is funny, intelligent and experienced. He used to be a detective, a pilot, a cowboy, a magician and a politician ... he is a generalist. He has many friends, such as talkative Charlie, four lively mice, big mice, Simon's enemy and black cat Jin Kesi. ...

I like Freddie Pig and his friends, and I yearn for the bean farm where they live. That is the world of childlike innocence and the destination of my soul!
