Enrollment targets and registration conditions
High school graduates who sign up for our school's strong foundation plan, meet the registration requirements of the 2020 national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, have excellent comprehensive quality or top-notch basic disciplines, and are interested in serving the country's major strategic needs can sign up. Candidates applying for registration are divided into the following two categories:
The first category: candidates with excellent results in the college entrance examination.
The scores of college entrance examination (excluding any policy bonus points, the same below) are higher than the first batch of admission control scores of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) (the provinces that merge admission batches are implemented according to the corresponding scores defined separately, the same below), the scores of science candidates are higher than 60 points and above, the scores of liberal arts candidates are higher than 40 points and above, and the scores of provinces that reform the college entrance examination are higher than 40 points and above (the scores of provinces that are not 750 points are converted into 750 points and rounded off).
The second category: candidates with outstanding talent and performance in related disciplines.
In the high school stage, they won the first and second prizes in any of the five disciplines of middle school students' subject competitions (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and informatics), and their college entrance examination scores reached a group of outstanding high school graduates with the lowest control scores.
Enrollment majors and plans
Focus on national key areas and talent shortage areas, highlight the support and guidance of basic disciplines, and enroll students in six majors, including mathematics, physics, chemistry, biological sciences, history and philosophy, in combination with the school's national first-class construction discipline, the basic discipline 2.0 top-notch student training plan and the school's advantageous disciplines. The specific enrollment major and the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination are detailed in the annex.
The total enrollment scale of our school's strong foundation plan in 2020 is 120 students. Please refer to the registration system for enrollment plans by province and specialty.
Registration method and selection procedure
(1) Time and method of registration
From May 10 to May 30, candidates log on to the registration platform of Qiangji Program (website: /jcxkzs/sch/ 10384) and complete online registration accurately and completely as required. Candidates are required to fill in the enrollment majors offered by our school in the province where they are located (the filling majors are arranged in order), and each candidate can apply for up to 6 professional volunteers in our school without professional adjustment. Candidates who apply for our strong foundation program cannot apply for other institutions at the same time.
For provinces that have not carried out the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, science and engineering majors (mathematics, physics, chemistry and biological sciences) only recruit candidates whose subjects are science. Literature and history majors (history, philosophy) can recruit candidates whose subjects are liberal arts or science.
For the provinces that comprehensively reform the college entrance examination, candidates can apply if their selected subjects meet the requirements of relevant majors in 2020.
(2) Candidates must take the national unified college entrance examination.
(3) Evaluation methods of shortlisted schools
Before June 26th 1.7, determine the shortlisted candidates for the examination in our school and publicize the shortlisted criteria.
2. For candidates who meet the requirements of the first type of application in our school, according to the results of the college entrance examination and the principle of professional priority, the shortlisted candidates and assessment majors are determined, and there is no grade difference between professional volunteers.
When the candidates' scores in the college entrance examination are the same, the provinces that have not carried out the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination are compared in the following order: science is compared according to the scores of mathematics and English in the college entrance examination; Comparing liberal arts from Chinese scores and English scores in college entrance examination. For the provinces with comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, the ranking comparison is made in the following order: 1, and the total score of the college entrance examination language score plus the college entrance examination mathematics score is compared, and the higher one is preferred; Second, compare the highest sub-subject scores between the Chinese scores in the college entrance examination and the mathematics scores in the college entrance examination, and the higher one is preferred; Third, comparing the scores of Chinese in the college entrance examination, the highest priority; Fourth, compare the subjects with the highest score in a single subject, and the higher one is preferred; Fifth, compare the scores of the second highest subject, and the higher one is preferred.
For candidates who meet the second type of application conditions in our school, the short-listed assessment major is the first major choice for candidates.
(4) School evaluation
School evaluation (including subject evaluation and physical education test) will be conducted on July 28-29.
1. Subject examination: Subject examination includes written examination and interview. The content of the examination is subject professionalism and comprehensive ability. The interview will be based on the candidates' on-site assessment performance and the comprehensive evaluation of the students' comprehensive quality files.
2. Physical education test: Physical education test includes standing long jump, sitting forward pull-ups (male) and one-minute sit-ups (female). The results of physical education test are based on the third grade group standard of the corresponding project of National Student Physical Health Standard (20 14 edition). For those with the same written test and interview results, those with higher physical test scores are given priority, and those who do not take the physical test as required by our school are considered invalid.
3. Conversion method of assessment results: The full score of written test and interview is 100. The written test and interview results account for 50% of the school's comprehensive assessment results.
(5) Admission method
1. Conversion method of comprehensive score: comprehensive score of candidates = college entrance examination score/college entrance examination total score × 100×85%+ school comprehensive assessment score/school comprehensive assessment total score × 100× 15%.
2. Determine the admission list
For the first type of candidates, according to the strong foundation plan of the province where the candidates are located, the professional enrollment plan is divided, and among the candidates who have been shortlisted for the examination and passed the examination, the professional enrollment is carried out according to the comprehensive scores from high to low.
When the comprehensive scores of candidates are the same, the provinces that have not carried out the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination are compared in the following order: science comparison is made according to the school assessment scores, college entrance examination math scores and college entrance examination English scores; Comparison of liberal arts in school assessment scores, college entrance examination Chinese scores and college entrance examination English scores. For provinces that comprehensively reform the college entrance examination, priority is given to the examination results of candidates' schools. When the school examination results are the same as those in the college entrance examination, they are compared in the following order: 1 order, and the total scores of the Chinese scores in the college entrance examination and the mathematics scores in the college entrance examination are compared, and the higher one is preferred; Second, compare the highest sub-subject scores between the Chinese scores in the college entrance examination and the mathematics scores in the college entrance examination, and the higher one is preferred; Third, compare foreign language college entrance examination scores, and high scores are preferred; Fourth, compare the subjects with the highest score in a single subject, and the higher one is preferred; Fifth, compare the scores of the second highest subject, and the higher one is preferred.
For the second type of candidates, if their comprehensive scores reach the minimum admission score of the first type of candidates in the same province, our school plans to admit them.
The school enrollment work leading group shall examine and approve the pre-admission list of the strong foundation plan according to the enrollment plan, and submit it to the provincial admissions office for review and go through the admission procedures.
Our school will announce the admission list and admission criteria before August 5. Candidates who are officially admitted will no longer participate in the voluntary admission of the follow-up college entrance examination in this province (autonomous region or municipality); Candidates who have not been admitted can normally participate in the voluntary admission of subsequent batches of college entrance examinations in this province (autonomous regions and municipalities).

(A student selection mechanism with both ability and political integrity
Adhere to the principle of "having both ability and political integrity, and strictly control access", and establish a selection mechanism of "two paths, multiple selections, and dynamic entry and exit" to select talents from college entrance examination students and outstanding students at school. Strengthen process management, improve the stage evaluation mechanism, formulate evaluation standards according to the characteristics of different disciplines and grades, conduct multi-dimensional comprehensive assessment, realize students' dynamic entry and exit, and timely divert students who are not suitable for strong basic plans.

Pay attention to the guidance of masters, gather experts and scholars who love education, have profound attainments and have both ability and political integrity to preside over the implementation plan, act as tutors, guide students, guide scientific and technological projects and give lectures. Establish a collaborative education mechanism such as tutors, class teachers and counselors to create a * * body of learning, culture and life for teachers and students, and promote the infiltration of arts and sciences, knowledge integration and ideological collision.
(3) Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.
Support students to tailor personalized training programs under the guidance of tutors, independently arrange the learning process, support students to complete the training programs ahead of schedule, and graduate one year ahead of schedule with the credits required for graduation. Establish the knowledge structure, curriculum system and training mode of undergraduate and graduate students, enhance the challenge of courses, implement small class teaching, and promote the combination and cross-integration of professional courses and general courses. Establish a step-by-step scientific research and training system, promote the opening of high-quality scientific research and teaching resources to undergraduates, and encourage students to enter projects, laboratories and teams early. Encourage students to participate in overseas academic exchange activities such as course study, scientific research and training, and academic conferences.
(D) the green channel for personnel training
We will implement flexible systems such as substitute courses, exemption from classes, exemption from listening, postponement of classes, and credit recognition, and give appropriate priority to overseas exchanges, scholarships, and exemption from exams. Students are encouraged to study for doctoral degrees directly after graduation from undergraduate courses. Students can complete the required courses, achieve the required academic performance, pass the graduation qualification examination, etc. , and obtained an honorary student certificate.
Other instructions
(A) on the students' comprehensive quality files. In the provinces that have established a unified information platform at the provincial level, the provincial education administrative department will upload the electronic comprehensive quality files of candidates to the registration system of the Xeon Plan. For provinces that have not established a unified information platform at the provincial level, the education administrative departments of the provinces shall collect the comprehensive quality files of local middle school students and upload them to the registration system of the Xeon Plan.
(2) Candidates who forge comprehensive quality files or cheat in the examination of our school will be disqualified from the registration, examination and admission of this year's strong foundation plan, and the relevant provincial entrance examination institutions or education administrative departments will be informed. The relevant provincial entrance examination institutions will cancel their qualifications for registration, examination and admission in the college entrance examination in that year in accordance with relevant regulations, and suspend their participation in various national education examinations 1-3 years depending on the seriousness of the case. Those who have already entered the school will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and our school, and the graduation certificate and degree certificate found after graduation will be cancelled. All secondary schools should carefully verify the materials distributed. If there is fraud, our school reserves the right to take relevant measures.
(3) Candidates who are admitted to the Strong Foundation Plan will not change their major in principle after entering the school, and the scope of changing their major at the undergraduate stage is limited to the enrollment major of the Strong Foundation Plan in our school.
(4) During the selection test, candidates should pay for their own transportation and accommodation. Candidates with financial difficulties who are short-listed for college exams can apply to our school, and our school can provide affordable travel expenses and accommodation subsidies as appropriate.
(5) The school has not entrusted any individual or intermediary agency to carry out examinations and enrollment related work such as the Strong Foundation Program, and does not hold any form of for-profit training activities.
(six) the school evaluation work plan can be adjusted according to the local epidemic prevention and control situation, and will be notified again.
Supervision and guarantee mechanism
(1) The enrollment work of the pilot enrollment reform of our school's strong foundation plan is organized and implemented by the school enrollment examination department under the leadership of the school enrollment work leading group. In the process of implementing this brochure, our school has made the enrollment plan open, the selection method fair and the admission criteria open.
(2) Our school strictly selects experts with strong sense of responsibility and high professional level to participate in the evaluation work, strictly abides by work discipline, strengthens business training, and ensures fairness and justice.
(3) Our school will record and video the whole judging process, and the interview order of expert judges and candidates will be determined by "double random" lottery.
(4) Our school rechecks the admission qualifications of students enrolled in the Strong Foundation Program, and students who do not have the admission qualifications are treated according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education.
(5) The enrollment work of the strong foundation plan in our school is supervised by the discipline inspection and supervision department of the school, and also by the society.
