In the process of grading, first consider the specific requirements of different competition categories, and then comprehensively consider the innovation, scientificity, feasibility and economic application value of the works. The grading of creative design works is divided into two parts: material review and on-site defense. The jury will review the recommended works and then arrange on-site defense for the shortlisted works. The referee committee scores the two parts respectively, and each part is always divided into the final comprehensive score, according to which the award-winning grade of each work is judged. 4. The grading of physical production works is divided into three parts: material review, physical demonstration and on-site defense. Second, the design of marine vehicles.

Participants design and manufacture a small conventional marine vehicle (or model), and require the vehicle to perform a five-minute actual flight demonstration according to the work declaration function.

There are several width-limiting doors on the playing field, which are 1m wide and 0.5m high from the bottom of the pool, and are painted with striking colors. Human intervention is not allowed in the competition unless the plane sinks to the bottom.
3. Technical requirements
Power plant: In addition to rocket engines, the use of propellers other than propellers is encouraged;
Attitude control: attitude control methods other than fin rudder are encouraged without limit;

4. System frequency requirements
The frequency of system use shall conform to the frequency allocation regulations of the State Radio Regulatory Commission, and the contestants shall report the frequency of system use within the specified time, which shall not be changed once reported. You can't turn on the machine at will. By then, the stadium will be equipped with frequency scanners and GPS signal monitoring equipment. Violators will be disqualified.
Competition mode: The day before the competition, each team has two hours of flight test time to familiarize themselves with the venue. During the competition, a maximum of four players from each team can play. Complete the preparation for trial training within 10 minutes after the participants enter the venue.
According to the aircraft's navigation attitude, route navigation, crossing the width-limited gate (or avoiding obstacles), power mode, navigation control mode, accuracy and stability of navigation control, and anti-overload structure design, score and set additional points. Scoring includes navigation scoring and function scoring, and the system design report is used as scoring reference. Each scoring item is scored by the judges, and the average score is included in the total score. Each award is named according to the score.

2. Competition venue

3. Rules of the game
The model must pass through each photoelectric gate on the navigation route in turn as required, and those that fail must come again, otherwise the guidance signal of the next gate cannot be turned on. Timing starts when the model leaves the landing platform and ends when it passes through the last door.
There are two rounds in the competition, and the time of each round is 10 minute. Anyone who completes the voyage according to the specified route within 10 minutes shall be deemed as valid, otherwise there will be no result. Two rounds of competition can use the same or two different models to participate in the competition, and take the best result as the competition result.
Before the competition, the contestants' models were submitted to the judging committee for inspection, and the length, weight and batteries used were recorded. After the model is checked, it will be sealed until the start of the game. Before the start of the competition, the models will be handed over to the contestants in the order of the competition, and after the competition, the models will be returned to the staff.

Step 4 prepare for the game

5. Score points
Sailing achievements are recorded by the effective time of model sailing records, with the shortest time as the first, and the rest are analogized.
The comprehensive score consists of two parts: the effective time of the model navigation record and the model weight, and the points will be deducted according to the following provisions.
The model with the shortest time (100) among the valid results of navigation records is divided into the model with the longest time (0) and the time records of other models are the percentage between them;
Take the model with the heaviest weight 100 as the base, and the model with the lightest weight is 0, and the weight between them is converted into the number of components by percentage;
After the above two results are added up, it is the final score of the contestants, and the highest score is the first place, in this order.
Article 3 Supplementary Provisions:
1. The preliminary evaluation of universities and research institutes shall be conducted by the evaluation committees of universities and research institutes with reference to the above rules.
2. Entries shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of others. In case of intellectual property disputes, participants shall be responsible for the consequences;
3. Participants must design the safety of the ship model in detail, and formulate emergency operation procedures and special treatment plans;
4. The organizing committee of the contest has the right to disqualify the entries that may cause safety problems;
