After the publicity, all the applicants who participated in the first waiting list will be sorted according to the waiting rules, and the first waiting list will be established.
After the waiting list is completed, public rental housing in Shenzhen will be allocated to applicants on the waiting list. According to the Interim Measures for the Waiting Distribution of Public Rental Housing in Shenzhen, the time when an applicant obtains the household registration in this city (referred to as the household registration time) is the waiting reference time, but if the time when he first pays the social insurance in this city (excluding the surrender of payment, referred to as the social security time) is before his household registration time (excluding the same month of that year), the time when he first pays the social security is the waiting reference time. If the applicant has obtained the household registration in this city or was under the age of 18 when paying social insurance for the first time in this city, the date when the applicant reached the age of 18 shall be taken as the time for entering the household or social security.
2. The "Daily Waiting" application is ranked after the last application for the first time. "Daily waiting" refers to the application for public rental housing other than the waiting application. Simply put, applications submitted after the first waiting deadline become daily waiting applications. The daily waiting order of the application for public rental housing shall be based on the time when the competent department issues the acceptance receipt.
Legal basis: Article 8 of the Measures for the Administration of Public Rental Housing The applicant shall submit the application materials in accordance with the provisions of the housing security department of the people's government at the city or county level, and be responsible for the authenticity of the application materials. The applicant shall agree in writing to the competent department of housing security of the people's government at the city or county level to verify the application information.
If the application materials submitted by the applicant are complete, the housing security department of the people's government at the city or county level shall accept it and issue a written certificate to the applicant; If the application materials are incomplete, the applicant shall be informed in writing of the materials that need to be supplemented at one time.
In development zones and parks, employers may, on behalf of their employees, apply for the centralized construction of public rental housing for employers or employees in parks.
