How to be a table tennis referee
Table tennis referee business generally includes three aspects: rules and regulations theory, on-the-spot practice referee and lottery arrangement. The first two items are the basic skills of table tennis referees, and drawing lots is the basic skills of referees. Senior referees also need to master English on-the-spot and referee theory, referee theory and so on. As a table tennis referee in general local competitions, it is required to master the rules, know what is ok and what is not, and know how to judge or do when encountering problems. Specifically, the referee must first make clear the requirements of the referee's work; Second, we should study the rules and understand them; Third, macro management and micro control; Fourth, we must clarify the basic responsibilities; Fifth, we should master the procedure of on-site referee skillfully; Sixth, there must be superb art on the spot; Seventh, we must have some experience in enforcing competition law; Eighth, we should pay attention to the development trend of table tennis and the update and change of rules. The referee must first clarify the responsibilities of the referee; Second, we should have the skills to deal with referee work; Third, we must master the workflow of the referee and know how to do each link; Fourth, learn the theory in the international referee manual and master the relevant spirit of ITTF Arbitration Commission. According to my observation, it's not a loss to grab a shot outside the stage, but it must be a loss to grab a shot inside the stage. Now that the players are at a high level, it's hard to see the phenomenon of grabbing shots in the stage again!
