Some units wait in the waiting room after the exam, and the staff uniformly announce the interview results. But generally speaking, the interview results will be known on the same day.

Most interviews of civil servants take the form of structured interviews. Mainly through cartoons, famous sayings, stories, speeches and other questions, this paper examines the comprehensive analysis ability, planning, organization and coordination ability, interpersonal awareness and skills, adaptability, oral expression ability, job hunting motivation and the matching with the proposed position.

The structured interview process mainly includes: drawing lots, waiting for exams, entering the examination room, answering questions, exiting, and publishing results. Among them, the published score is the scoreboard of the scorekeeper's collection number, which is submitted to the supervisor for review after accounting. After the invigilator and examiner sign, they will be handed over to the staff, who will announce it on the spot or post it in the waiting room.
