One is the Yuanmingyuan I just saw, and the other is the tragic situation that China women's volleyball team was strangled by a powerful country in the World Women's Volleyball Championship. Isn't it depressing to be alive? Look at our competitors, girls from Brazil, Russia and Germany. They don't wear gold and silver. Have you never seen them lose to us? Our women's volleyball team is a typical example of "three from one big", and the training time is the first in the world. How to stimulate the passion of players in training life like a nun may not be able to use the same management method.
I'm just an amateur volleyball player, and I can't say any authoritative and effective ways to get the women's volleyball team out of the trough, but as the saying goes, only by taking history as a mirror can we face the future. After reading Yuanmingyuan, I think of women's volleyball and reflect on myself. Lagging behind will be beaten, losing the motivation to innovate, narcissism and rigidity. The consequences are usually very tragic. No matter how powerful you looked at that time, you couldn't escape this rule.
