After the first prize is drawn, the attribution of the second prize and the flower exploration prize is also drawn. However, teams that sign any of the top three draft picks are not allowed to participate in the next round of lottery. For example, if the team that won the first prize was the third from the bottom of the league in that year, the team that won the second prize was the second from the bottom of the league, and the team that drew flowers was the fourth from the bottom of the league, then the three teams would not enjoy the draft selection right in reverse order, but should be allocated in reverse order among the remaining teams. That is, the team with the worst record won the lottery on the 4th, the team with the fifth lowest record won the lottery on the 5th, the team with the sixth lowest record won the lottery on the 6th, and so on.
