1. All contestants must abide by the regulations of the Organizing Committee and participate in the lottery and competition on time;
2. Participants must sign in 30 minutes before the competition, enter the venue 15 minutes before the competition, and are not allowed to leave during the competition;
3. Participants decide the order of appearance in the preliminaries by drawing lots. If the contestants fail to arrive on time, they will be deemed to have abstained.
4. All personnel should abide by the discipline of the venue, do not pee, be a civilized audience, and give applause and encouragement to each player's game;
5. In the preliminaries, all the players draw lots and divide into two groups to select the preliminaries at the same time;
6. The speaking time of each player is limited to 6 minutes. When the speech lasts more than 5 minutes, the timekeeper will ring the bell to remind you. When speaking for more than 6 minutes, the timekeeper will ring the bell again. At this time, the player must stop speaking.
7. Contestants must use Putonghua and perform stand-up crosstalk, which must be closely related to the theme;
8. The scoring method of 100 was adopted in the competition. After each player's speech, the judges will score according to the scoring standard of the competition.
