Teachers are the masters of education. Only by building an excellent team of teachers can we effectively ensure the effectiveness of our education. To this end, we have established and improved the recruitment, training, use and assessment system of preschool teachers and adhered to dynamic management. Especially in recent years, our kindergartens have allocated some public kindergarten teachers every year, which has brought new opportunities and vitality to the development of kindergartens. We not only give them maximum convenience in life, but also put forward new requirements for them at work. Strict examination from business training, education and maintenance, work performance and other aspects has promoted their professional growth.
On this basis, through public bidding, recruit some kindergarten teachers with high academic qualifications, strong ability and good quality to teach in kindergartens. In recruitment, the principle of ability first, openness and fairness is adhered to, and all the competing personnel must pass strict examinations such as Putonghua, stick figure, chalk, pen, song and dance talent, etc., and the final winner is qualified to win. Such a strict personnel selection mechanism has promoted the development of the park, and the teachers in the park have achieved the goal of being younger, more knowledgeable and more professional, which has played an important role in ensuring the quality of education and conservation.
With good soldiers, management is the key. To this end, we have effectively strengthened the evaluation of teachers' work. The evaluation items mainly include attendance, daily norms, education and conservation, class management, safety management, etc., so as to combine qualitative and quantitative, random and special projects to ensure that teachers' work performance is truly reflected. In order to make every class teacher have a solid and excellent teaching ability, the director often goes deep into the class to check the class attendance, and provides opportunities for everyone to learn from each other by observing collective teaching and outdoor game activities. Last semester, in cooperation with the activities of teaching experts and new talents in the region, our garden held a teacher teaching competition. While earnestly completing kindergarten teaching tasks, we also offer dance classes according to children's hobbies, and hold unique activities such as celebrating "June 1" children's activities and graduation ceremony of large classes.
