Looking back on my personal growth process, I sum up the factors that affect my career growth into the following two aspects. The first aspect is external conditions? , mainly including the following aspects: experts lead the way, nobles help each other? Expert guidance, leadership support, growth platform, teamwork, good opportunities and family understanding, and personal efforts.
1, mentor
As the saying goes, flowers bloom all year round. Although every teacher may have his own unique flowers with different colors, it is estimated that if there is no help from noble people, no guidance from experts and no guidance from teachers, it will be at least late.
She is very friendly to me. She is both my mentor and my good friend. Under the careful guidance of Master, I began to change slowly. She taught me to write papers, do projects, carry out research study, make propositions and write books. Today's achievements are actually due to Master's guidance and guidance.
The passion and enterprising spirit of the master always inspire me. I have persisted in professional research for decades and have always maintained my love for geography. Although I am very busy at work, I still squeeze time out of my busy schedule and insist on reading and scientific research! Whenever I encounter difficulties, she will lend a helping hand, which not only teaches me knowledge and skills, but also teaches me the truth of being a man and being a man.

2. Group
"One person will walk very fast, and a group of people will go further!" This is the banner of Mr. Cheng's office, and I realize more and more deeply that without an excellent team, there can be no personal success.
Thanks to Mr. Cheng and our studio team, because of them, I have grown and made progress today! It can be said that behind every achievement and certificate of mine, it is not the result of my own efforts, but the crystallization of everyone's collective wisdom, which embodies the enthusiasm and selfless help of all members.
3. Platform
The famous teacher studio is a platform for personal professional growth. For example, through intensive training and other teaching and research activities, I can get in touch with some experts and famous teachers and learn their unique educational concepts and methods, which makes me more deeply understand the truth that "there are people outside, there are days behind".
I want to say that the platform is very important for a person's career growth. Without the interaction between studios, there would be no chance for me to communicate with you today and the fate of knowing each other. Today, everyone here and I are very happy, because we all have a good platform, and excellent people like Mr. Song lead us and build a platform for us.
4. Family
Then there is "being born in a family", which is the home where everyone was born and raised. This is the so-called family origin. I was born in the countryside, and my parents are authentic farmers. I dropped out of junior high school for three years because of family changes. I took the entrance examination, and I got the second place in the county. I also taught myself high school textbooks and passed the entrance examination. Only two people have passed the technical secondary school and the undergraduate course. I am one of them.
From technical secondary school to undergraduate course for seven years, I borrowed money myself, studied while working, worked as a tutor, worked as a nurse, set up a stall, sold Chinese New Year goods, worked as a salesman, and even spent four years in the female bathhouse of the university on weekends. In order to save money to repay the loan and support the family, sometimes eating a full meal is a luxury.
Because I didn't go to high school, technical secondary school and studied English, I was not afraid of jokes. In the first class of college English, I understood three sentences: my name is ... class started ... class was over ... so I took classes during the day, worked part-time, stayed in Changming's classroom at night, and successfully passed CET-4 the next year.
Even though life is so hard, I have never complained about my parents and life, because without their support and life training, there would be no optimism for me today. I am proud that my parents are so far-sighted. They have given me a strong character in difficult times.
Because in this world, there are many things that we cannot choose. I think, no matter what cards are dealt to you in life, just try your best to play well.
If your parents don't give you too much money, earn it yourself. If your parents don't inherit your good looks, try to accept yourself. In short, don't blame your parents. Be kind to them and honor them with a grateful heart, because they have done their best to give us the best.
I often ask myself: If I don't make progress, why should I ask my children to work hard in the future? I think, even for children, we have no reason not to struggle!
5. Personal efforts
Personal career growth, I think in addition to the above external conditions, personal efforts are equally important.
In the years when I was a head teacher, I ate and lived in school every day, and my class was the first in the school every year. Thanks to the work experience of the head teacher, I grew up quickly and accumulated valuable work experience.
In the first year of work, I have to go through three times every time I write a lesson plan. The first time I made a draft, the second time I tried various teaching methods in different classes, and finally I finalized it. Because of his excellent grades, he has been teaching in the Olympic Mathematics class since his second year of work, and his grades are among the best every time.
The most unforgettable thing is to give a lecture to the city's quality class for the first time. The day before the competition, my colleagues had something to do, and the school temporarily arranged for me to give a lecture. When I stayed up all night and went to draw lots the next day, the city's teaching and research staff said that the old textbooks were used and the courseware could not be used, so they fought for two days and two nights in a row. The next day, I finished my class with red eyes, and the city teaching and research staff couldn't help but give a thumbs-up and was praised by the school leaders. Master even praised my temporary adaptability.
