The Story of Twenty-four Filial Pieties: Understanding of Yu Shungeng

Shun can be filial, so can we. Because we all have kind, respectful, kind and kind love in our nature. If we can follow Shun's example and truly be filial to our parents and elders, I believe we can create a happy family. Then, "filial piety" will extend to all people, things and things around us, and any conflict and opposition will melt away. This kind of great love and filial piety has bred a harmonious society with no complaints from top to bottom, harmony among the people and food for the people. May we all set an example, encourage each other and be a true dutiful son. I also hope that China people can always put "filial piety" first!
