The interview of Shandong civil servants adopts a hundred-point scoring method, and the interview time of each applicant generally does not exceed 30 minutes. The interview results are judged by the interviewer on the spot, and the average score is calculated by removing a highest score and a lowest score from each evaluation factor to determine the interview results of the candidates.
