Ask for the internship report of visiting the museum.

After half a year's waiting and 10 days' personal experience, my trip to Xi 'an came to an end. In this internship, I saw a lot, thought a lot and gained a lot. I am lucky to have such an opportunity to get in touch with the Terracotta Warriors, talk with so many foreign tourists and visit the ancient city of Xi. Of course, the biggest gain of this internship is to broaden my horizons and learn knowledge. Looking back on this experience in the future, there will be many feelings. I divided this internship into four parts, which constituted a wonderful movement.

First, the prelude-draw lots

I have long heard that there will be an oral practice after the exam of Grade Two and Grade Four, and I can exercise myself well through this exercise. My classmates and I have been looking forward to this day since our freshman year, and now our dream has finally come true. We are all very excited. Every year, the internship team is divided into two groups. One group goes to the Terracotta Warriors Museum in Xi 'an, and the other group goes to the East Station of Guangzhou Railway Station. Guangzhou is a city with a strong modern flavor, and Xi 'an is the ancient capital of the 13th Dynasty. The two cities have their own advantages and disadvantages, and there is no difference. But there are many scenic spots in Xi, and everyone wants to take this opportunity to visit the great rivers and mountains of the motherland. As a result, only a few students sign up for Guangzhou every year, which is not conducive to the development of internship, so there is only one solution-lottery.

Looking back on the days of drawing lots, I still have a lingering fear. At that time, all classes were in panic, and the lottery was like a revolution, and success or failure was at stake. Actually, it's the same everywhere. The purpose of internship is to study, not to travel. As long as you keep a clear head, you don't have to be so nervous at all. I always have the attitude of going where I want to go. Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised that there are classmates in both cities. Go to Xi to appreciate the charm of the ancient city, and go to Guangzhou to feel the modernity. For me, both cities are worth visiting. On the day of drawing lots, students in the class talked about it in succession, some were praying not to draw lots in Guangzhou, and some were talking about snacks and scenic spots in Xi 'an, which was very lively. When the monitor made a label and announced the start of the lottery, many people were afraid to draw lots. In order to take care of everyone's feelings, the monitor asked each of us not to watch after smoking, and then watch together after all the signs were painted. The tense atmosphere also affected me. I carefully opened the note: Xi 'an. Some students cheered, some frowned, and some people have started asking around if they want to exchange. I know that from this moment on, my journey to Xi begins.

Second, the overture-journey

At 8: 30 pm on May 25th, more than 200 students from all grades gathered in front of the library. Everyone has big bags and small bags, and there are many suitcases. Only 30 people went to Guangzhou this time, and more than 50 people went to Xi 'an/kloc-0. The students' faces were full of smiles and excitement. Students going to Guangzhou get on the bus first, and we say goodbye to each other. On the way to the railway station, the school bus was also full of laughter.

Sitting on T2, we almost occupied two carriages and felt very cordial. This is the first time in my life to go to the north and the ancient city of Xi 'an, so I don't want to mention the freshness in my heart. Although it was already after afternoon 10 when we got on the bus, I was not tired at all. The students are discussing the scenic spots and delicious food in Xi. They don't mean to sleep. Everyone else in the carriage gave our students envious eyes. At midnight, I fell asleep in Xi's beautiful expectation.

At noon on 26th, we arrived at Zhengzhou, a transit station. After several hours of renovation, we are on our way again. This time it's a slow train, there is no air conditioning, so it's not very comfortable to sit in the car. But it didn't affect my mood at all. Looking out of the window, a large wheat field came into view. When I entered Shaanxi, the caves I only read in primary school textbooks opened my eyes. The sunset not far away dyed the sky extraordinarily beautiful. As night falls, the distant lights cause cheers and applause in the carriage from time to time. We are getting closer and closer to Xi 'an.

At 9: 30 in the evening, our terminal-Xi 'an arrived. Walking out of the railway station, Gundam's wall came into view, and the wall was covered with colorful lights. Then, everyone got on the bus in batches and went to Li Tie Hotel in Lintong. Crash enthusiastically introduced us to the beautiful scenery of Xi 'an. His enthusiasm made us feel the simplicity and hospitality of the people in northern Shaanxi in advance.

Third, the climax-work

Before our work, Wang Yun, a teacher from the mission department of Terracotta Warriors Museum, gave us an internship training. She first taught us how to be a man, let us learn to be strong, cherish our destiny and cherish this rare opportunity to learn more. Then she told us about the museum. Remind us to be safe at the end of the training.

We work in two groups in turn, and each group has a day off, which is also conducive to our rest and adjustment. We work in the task department and the ticketing department this time. After completing the assigned tasks, we can talk with foreign tourists and practice our spoken English. The hardest part is actually in the beginning I have observed many foreign tourists and have been afraid to move forward. After thinking for a while, I found some classmates. The National People's Congress is awesome! "Two heads are better than one." It's true. We finally got up the courage to talk to a young man. We asked each other and talked harmoniously. After his companion arrived, our conversation had to end. After a good start, the future work will follow. We met tourists from different countries and had a good chat.

Through talking, I found many foreign tourists. First of all, they are enthusiastic. As long as we say hello to them, they will give them a bright smile. They can also say one or two words in Chinese, such as "Hello" and "Thank you", just like most people in China will say "Hello" and "Thank you". Secondly, foreign tourists here are very interested in the traditional culture of China. Some foreign tourists know more about the history and culture of China than many people in China. More importantly, they will all praise us for speaking English well. Although they are just being polite, we are very happy. This also enhances our self-confidence.

The mission department's job is to do questionnaires and needs good communication skills. We need to find the right interviewees, and by observing their words and deeds, we can know whether the interviewees are willing to accept the survey and whether they can make constructive suggestions. The work of the ticketing department is mechanical, but it needs a good working attitude. When we check in, we will say "Welcome" or "Have a nice day". We should keep smiling. Over time, facial muscles are a little stiff. Generally speaking, our work is easy, but we still need to make great efforts to do it well. In the questionnaire we made, tourists put forward many good suggestions. Tourists' suggestions cover all aspects of the museum. We all hope that these suggestions can help the construction of the museum and make the Terracotta Warriors Museum live forever!

Fourth, the year-end harvest

This internship opportunity is rare. As Mr. Wang said, only our students in the country have the opportunity to come to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses for internship. Terracotta Warriors and Horses are world-famous museums. We should cherish the opportunity and study hard. Through the internship, I feel that I have learned a lot, which can be summarized as follows:

1. changed the understanding of English. As we all know, English is a tool through which we can communicate with people better. After this internship, I realized that English can't be learned well by memorizing more words, learning more grammar and doing more problems. It is a bridge of communication, and only by communicating with others can it play its role. Applying what you have learned is the truth. Only by applying what you have learned to practice can you improve. In the future, I will seize every opportunity to practice my spoken English and strive for greater progress.

2. Enhance the ability to communicate with others. How to start a conversation may be easy, but how to continue the conversation is an art. For myself, I met a group of fellow villagers in Jiangsu, and it is easy to open the box. I asked them to do some questionnaires, and after a few pleasantries, I found it impossible to continue chatting with them. I don't know what to say, I can only bow my head and make a summary of the questionnaire. I didn't say goodbye to them until they were leaving. This experience made me realize that I should learn more about how to communicate with people in the future. In later conversations with people, I paid attention to some topics that they might be interested in, which well continued our conversation.

3. Improve the ability to solve problems independently. I met a French girl whose English was not very good. As soon as she spoke, she would pop out a French sentence. In this case, I can only try to find out what she means and prove it to her in English. In this way, our conversation went smoothly.

4. broaden your horizons. Xi 'an deserves to be called the ancient capital of the 13th Dynasty, with numerous scenic spots: Terracotta Warriors and Horses, the legendary Yang Guifei Bath, Huaqing Pool, the exquisite Tang Furong Garden, the bell and drum tower with a long history, and Xiyue Huashan, which is known as the first danger in the world ... These scenic spots make us linger. In addition to these cultural attractions, Xi has a modern side. In the busy streets, world famous brands abound, some of which are not available in Changsha. In addition, I also visited Xi Jiaotong University and Northwestern Polytechnical University to understand the gap and find the direction of efforts. Compared with Central South, Xi Jiaotong University has a stronger cultural background. This is due to the short history of our school. How to improve the cultural heritage of our school? This is a problem that we, as students in Central South China, should seriously consider. While learning professional knowledge well, we should strengthen our self-cultivation, improve ourselves in our usual words and deeds, and shape the new image of Central South students!

The internship movement has come to an end, and my study continues. I will apply the harvest of this internship to my future life, work and study, strive to change my shortcomings, cultivate my abilities in all aspects purposefully, and constantly improve myself!
