The specific process of the interview can be divided into the following nine processes:

1, report for duty
Candidates generally need to report to the designated place 30 minutes in advance. At the time of registration, candidates need to hold admission tickets, ID cards and other relevant documents. In this process, the staff will inform the candidates of the order and content of the interview according to the time arranged by the system. Candidates must wait for the exam in strict accordance with the order arranged by the examination system, and may not adjust it at will.
Step 2 wait for the exam
The examination room has a waiting room, a preparation room and an examination room.
After registration, the candidates' documents enter the waiting room and cannot leave at will before the end of the exam. The examination room staff will supervise and manage the order of the waiting room.
Step 3 choose a theme
When it is the candidate's turn to choose a topic, the candidate logs into the "interview evaluation software system" under the guidance of the instructor. The computer randomly selects a group of questions from the question bank, the examinee chooses one of them, and the system prints the lesson preparation test paper and the question list.
Step 4 prepare lessons
Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with lesson preparation paper and test list in order to write a trial lecture or demonstration plan. The preparation time is 20 minutes.
After the lesson preparation, the candidates enter the examination room in order, and the guide announces the candidates' admission according to the serial number in the waiting room.
Under normal circumstances, after the candidates enter the examination room, they go directly to the candidates' booth, greet the examiner after standing, and report their examination sequence number. Real names are not allowed.
5. Answer the assigned questions
After entering the examination room, candidates need to answer the prescribed questions raised by the examiner. The examiner will randomly select two questions from the question bank. Candidates have 5 minutes to answer questions.
6. Trial/demonstration
After answering the questions prescribed by the examiner, it is the trial/demonstration session of the candidates. In this session, candidates need to give a trial lecture or demonstration according to the prepared teaching plan. The trial/demonstration time is 10 minutes.
7. Defense
The trial/demonstration session is followed by the defense session. The examiner asks questions according to the content of the candidate's trial or demonstration, and the candidate answers. The time is five minutes.
8. Score
After the candidates reply, the examiner comprehensively scores the candidates' interview performance according to the scoring standard, fills in the interview scoring form, and submits the score through the interview evaluation system after being signed by the defense team leader. The total interview score is 100, and the candidates' scores are weighted and accumulated by each sub-score.
9, results query
After the interview 15 days, candidates can check the interview results through the website of primary and secondary school and kindergarten teacher qualification examination. Candidates who pass the written test and interview will be issued a Certificate of Qualification Examination for Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens by the Examination Center of the Provincial Ministry of Education (this certificate is a necessary condition for applying for teacher qualification recognition).
