How to further strengthen the construction of corporate culture

As a corporate cultural worker, he has been deeply involved in the cultural field for more than five years, and has led the company to obtain certain achievements and won the title of the best employer. On behalf of the company, he shared the methodology of cultural construction at the Greater Bay Area Fashion Summit.

I just spent nearly three months recently reviewing and summarizing my cultural work experience in the past five years.

Content system

Content is the core of everything. Based on the NLP logical hierarchy model, the top-level vision, mission, values, belief ability and the bottom-level environmental atmosphere are disassembled, and the content is constantly reviewed to ensure the consistency from top to bottom.

On the basis of content system, in order to ensure cultural construction, there are three steps: cognition-recognition-practice. The first step is to make it clear to all employees. In promoting core culture, we have generally taken the following actions.

The first step of culture landing is cognition, that is, everyone knows something about the core cultural content, which can be in various forms. After a new round of cultural iteration last year, we have the following actions to promote people's understanding of culture, some of which are activities and some are publicity.

1. Official announcement of internal personnel

Be promoted at the staff meeting.

2. Handbook of export culture

Including cultural core content and past cases.

3. Output a complete cultural map

The cultural map is posted on the company bulletin board.

4. Export a long cultural map

Put it on the official account of the community and WeChat

5. Output cultural expression pack

It can be used at high frequency in daily chat.

Recording cultural rap video

Based on the behavior of core cultural values, I created rap. It's embarrassing, but everyone likes it.

Based on the above publicity, all members of the company worked together to produce a CET-4 examination paper, and the department with the most questions was exempted from the examination.

7. Design exams that combine work scenarios.

Based on your questions, design the test questions in combination with the high-frequency scenes in your actual work.

8. Publish high error rate answers

After the exam, make posters for the topics with high error rate one by one.

9. Hold one-stop activities.

After the above measures, a one-stop cultural answering activity was organized in the company to cooperate with the award of league construction funds. It's a pity that all the photos here are lost.

Through the above measures, the partners in the company have a complete understanding of culture, which is basically not rote learning, but not only the basic vision, mission, values, but also the behaviors needed behind it.

Institutional system

Knowing is only the first step. In order to get everyone's recognition and practice, the system is the core support, so we link the behavior items based on the dismantling of cultural values with the integral system.

Every time the points are identified and distributed, it is a cultural study and case publicity. This action was performed more than 30,000 times in 2 1 year, with 60 times per capita.

The Honor System

As the core standard of cultural values, the Shining Competition at the end of each year is a grand meeting for all employees.

Draw lots to play, carefully prepare, broadcast live all the time, and the players also bring their own support groups.

At the same time, it is also a cultural influence on all employees.

Active system

The once-a-month Dragon Slaughter Conference runs through the whole process with the breath of culture, including four links: Jianghu, Fengyun, Enlightenment and Hero Post. Perfectly bearing the key words of atmosphere in the core culture, such as sparkle, joy, inspiration, openness and growth.

Culture is nothing. In addition to spiritual carriers such as benchmarking cases, some material carriers are also needed.

For example, environment, based on environmental keywords, we have built our own environment, which is not particularly advanced, but it is full of the careful thoughts of every partner.
