4. Interview. According to the lottery order, the guide guides the candidates to the selected interview room to participate in the interview.

5. Score. After the interview, the examiner will independently grade the candidates' answers according to the requirements of the interview book. After grading, give their scores to the raters to calculate the scores.

The scoring method is to remove a highest score and a lowest score, and then take the average score. After the accounting is completed, submit it to the supervisor for review.
