Competition time and place:
The competition is divided into three stages: sea election, regional competition and finals. The competition time of each stage is as follows:

South China Division: Guangdong, Qiong, Hunan, Jiangxi, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan provinces.
East China Division: Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hubei and Anhui.
Southwest Division: Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Tibet and Guangxi.
The industry sports associations participating in this competition will be divided into two divisions, which will be finally decided by the industry sports associations.

(4) Adult female doubles group: (18-50 years old)
(5) Senile undifferentiated doubles group: over 50 years old (both men's doubles, mixed doubles and women's doubles can participate).
(6) Team competition: It consists of three events: men's singles, women's singles and mixed doubles.
Seven. Qualifications:
(1) All citizens from Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan can participate in the competition.
(2) Athletes who have registered in the State Sports General Administration and the former Table Tennis and Badminton Sports Management Center of the State Sports Commission are not allowed to participate in the competition, nor are professional athletes who have represented teams in China, Hongkong, China, Macau, China and Taipei, China.
(3) The people and citizens of China participate in the competition with the original second-generation ID cards, and other personnel participate in the competition with corresponding ID cards.
(4) Each athlete can only participate in one division.
(5) Players in individual events of each group shall not have both events. The team consists of three men and three women, and no one can take part in the whole competition in exchange.
(6) It is forbidden to be an impostor or resort to deceit. Once found, they will be disqualified immediately and handed over to the public security organs for handling.
(7) Athletes must meet the age requirements of this group.

(8) Insurance clauses:
1. All participants must be in good health. Participants should take part in the competition according to their physical conditions, weather and geographical conditions.
2. All participants should be insured by the participating units or individuals for personal accident insurance during the competition, otherwise all consequences will be borne by themselves. Participants should submit a copy of the insurance policy when reporting for duty.
3. The organizer provides on-site insurance services. According to the principle of voluntary insurance, participants can take out insurance in personal accident insurance during the competition.
4. If participants are unwilling to take out insurance, they must sign an exemption agreement with the organizer.
Eight, registration fee:
(1) There is no registration fee for this competition.
(2) Competition and reception work are separated in the sea election competition, and the organizer is only responsible for the competition work, and does not provide accommodation, transportation and other reception for the participating athletes. Please arrange your own accommodation, ticketing, transportation to and from the host city, local transportation and other related matters.
(three) the organizer is responsible for the accommodation and transportation expenses of athletes participating in regional championships and national finals.
(4) The supplementary notices of regional competitions and finals will be announced in official website (/) of China Badminton Association one month before the competition. The supplementary notice will provide information such as competition time, joint meeting, venues and surrounding hotels to facilitate athletes to participate in the competition on time.
(5) Please carefully check the information in the supplementary notice about the time and place of "Who is the King of Badminton" China Folk Championship and attend it on time.
Nine, the competition method:
(1) The competition will be conducted according to the badminton competition rules newly approved by China Badminton Association.
(2) Scoring method: The best of three sets is adopted in both singles and doubles competitions, with 65,438+065,438+0 points for each set and one point for each ball. The winner is the one who scores 1 1 first.
The team competition is the best of three games, each game is a project, only one game is played, each game is 1 1 minute, and each ball is scored. The winner is 1 1 minute.
(3) sea election competition:
1. The competitions in the sea election stage shall be selected by the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and industry sports associations according to the requirements of the organizers and in accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness.
(1) Players recommended by online communities such as CNTV can participate in the provincial sea election competition.
(2) Athletes who win the final of the 20 1 1-20 13 national badminton competition can directly participate in the provincial trials. The specific provisions are as follows:

= 2 \* GB3 ② The registered athletes will directly draw lots with the top eight players in the sea election for elimination and decide the provincial champion.
2. All provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and industry sports associations should select athletes and one or two reserve players from all groups to participate in regional championships before 20 14 15, and provide the list to the organizer.
3. Players selected by provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and industry sports associations shall be audited by the organizers, who will announce the list of contestants in regional competitions before the competition.
(3) Regional competition:
The provincial ball kings entered eight national competitions, and each competition area chose a place to play, and the first place in each competition area entered the Beijing finals.
(4) Final:
The final is the climax of the whole game, and the "king of the ball" of each group in each regional competition will gather in Beijing for the final.
(5) Awards and exhibition competitions
After the winners of each category are produced, an award ceremony will be held, and they will interact with the outstanding athletes of China Badminton Team and the National Badminton Amateur Exhibition Competition.
X. registration:
(1) Athletes must submit the computer-printed registration form to the organizer by fax or e-mail before the competition. Be sure to call the registration contact person after registration to confirm whether the registration information is clear, accurate and complete.
(2) provide a copy of the second-generation ID card and the corresponding ID card when registering.
(3) Each provincial participating unit in the regional competition can submit a team leader.
XI。 Competition equipment:
(1) Racket: From the regional competition to the finals, the organizer will provide the contestants with rackets of designated brands. If the contestants don't use it, they can bring their own rackets without any brand trademark, or the organizer can provide professional threading service to re-thread their rackets and handle the brand trademark designated by the organizer on the racket line.
(2) Clothing: From the regional competition, all contestants must wear the clothing provided by the organizer for program recording, competition and media interviews (including clothing and socks); From the beginning of regionals to the finals, all players must wear sneakers provided by the organizers for program recording and competition. If you don't use it, you can bring your own sneakers to participate in the competition and affix the brand trademark of the sneakers.
(3) Equipment: All players must use badminton equipment (including badminton, bags, towels and other products for their own use) provided by the organizer from the beginning of the competition area to the final.
XII. Admission Ranking and Awards:
(1) Singles and doubles competitions: ranking by groups and giving rewards.
(2) Team competition: The comprehensive ranking will be rewarded.
(3) Players who win the singles and doubles championships in each category in the regional competition will be awarded the title of "King of Ball" in each competition by the organizing committee, and may apply to the China Badminton Association for the title of amateur athlete.
(four) the eight regional competitions and the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and industry sports associations may set up other bonuses and prizes according to the specific circumstances.
(5) During the competition, there will be a selection of folk badminton figures. All people who love and are obsessed with badminton, especially those who have made silent contributions to the popularization and development of badminton at the grassroots level, can participate in this activity.
Thirteen, the Arbitration Commission and the referee:
(1) The chairman of the arbitration commission is selected by the China Badminton Association.
(2) The judges of the eight regional competitions are selected by the China Badminton Association, the judges and some deputy judges of the finals are selected by the China Badminton Association, and the judges (above the national level) and referees of the sea elections are selected by the organizers and reported to the China Badminton Association for the record.
