Promotion rules of chess level competition

The promotion rules of the chess level competition are based on the regulations of chinese xiangqi association on the title of chess level (version 20 18).

The calculation of scoring rate is as follows: scoring rate = scoring rounds × 100%, you can upgrade when you reach the score, and you can't skip one level above level 7. Generally, in seven rounds of competition, 50% corresponds to 3.5 points, 40% to 3 points, 70% to 5 points, 55% to 4 points and 65% to 5 points.
