First, grasp the essence. The Admissions Guide clearly stipulates that the interview form is "lecture" rather than "speech". I would like to remind everyone here that we must master the essential difference between lectures and lectures. "Lecture" is to explain the class design ideas and how to teach, and "lecture" is to give students a formal lesson like classroom teaching. Even if there are no students under the stage, we should make the classroom as orderly and lively as there are students under the stage. During the lecture, if there is no cooperation from students, it involves interaction between teachers and students, such as asking questions: "Please tell me what new changes have taken place in our city?" At this point, you can go on naturally: "Well, some students spoke very well just now!" " "If you think this is unnatural, you can be flexible, such as:" Well, there is a bus; The city has taken on a new look; What else is there? Well, many tall buildings have been built! Everyone answered wonderfully! "I would like to remind everyone here: we must practice the skills of talking to ourselves and break the embarrassing situation without students' cooperation.
Second, seize the time. Generally speaking, the interview lecture time should not exceed 15 minutes. Although it is early autumn now, the weather is getting hotter and hotter, especially in recent days. Every judge hopes to finish the exam early. You can put yourself in others' shoes. There is no air conditioning on a hot day. Are you willing to listen to long speeches all the time? So remind everyone that the lecture time would rather be advanced than delayed, otherwise it will definitely seriously affect your grades. Past experience shows that the lecture time is 10- 12 minutes, and many candidates leave class in 8 or 9 minutes, and their grades are still very high.
Third, grasp the link. The normal time of each class in primary school is 40 minutes, which is roughly divided into introduction, Protestantism, homework, guidance and summary. The time for introduction and Protestantism is generally 15-20 minutes. 15 minutes as an exam-oriented lecture should be very rich, but why do many candidates feel that time is not enough or even overtime? On the one hand, nervousness is the main reason, which may be that there are too many teaching links, the classroom structure is not rigorous, and the lecture language is repetitive and trivial, which is the taboo of lectures. Some candidates think that the more links in teaching design and the richer the content, the better this class will be. On the contrary, there are not many teaching links, but they are precise, emphasizing interlocking and step by step, rather than cramming. The patchwork of teaching links may make teaching out of touch and lose coherence, which is what we often say, "one hammer in the east and one stick in the west", making the classroom a running account. This class is the most unpopular, easy to work overtime, and the results will not be too high.
Fourth, the use of media. Media equipment plays an important auxiliary role in teaching, and scientific and reasonable use of media means will greatly improve the interest of the classroom, so we should pay attention to the clever insertion of media. Of course, the media should not abuse it. Of course, "lectures" should be based on "lectures". Content that is difficult to express in words or abstract can be demonstrated by media means, such as tape recorders, projectors, televisions, DVD players and direct projection. Of course, it is impossible to prepare such complete media equipment in the examination room classroom, but the initiative is in your hands. Even if you say in words, "Please watch the courseware demonstration on the big screen …", the judges will know that you are using media equipment.
Fifth, pay attention to language. In these days when you are preparing for the exam, it is naturally important to focus on learning instructional design. At the same time, there is another problem that cannot be ignored: "language". Many candidates' teaching designs are very good, but they can't tell them when giving lectures. This is because they lack teaching experience or practice Mandarin. Speak Mandarin in class, and never bring "dialect" to class. I suggest that candidates try to attend classes and practice Mandarin more these days. Candidates with conditions can find an experienced teacher to give lectures on the spot to ensure that there is no stage fright or silence during the interview. In addition, in terms of language, we should also pay attention to using as few spoken words as possible, such as "yeah, this and that".
Sixth, pay attention to teaching attitude. Candidates' dress, dressing, mental outlook and language should meet the teacher's standards. Dress as professionally as possible. Too casual clothes don't match the professional characteristics of teachers. Even if you don't become a real teacher, the judges will measure you by the standards of teachers. As a teacher, your duty is to impart knowledge to students, teach them to be human beings and communicate with students. Your mental state must be like the sun at eight or nine o'clock, natural and generous. The judges are flesh and blood, no different from you. Maybe their psychological quality is not as good as yours. Don't be afraid of them. Try to relieve the tension. You talk about yourself, and he listens to him. Language is very important, so I will talk about it separately from the above. I also want to remind you here that we are dealing with primary school students. Language should not be too rigid, try to be lively, and of course, don't imitate it deliberately, let alone be artificial, especially for boys, or it will become a joke of the judges.
Seven, other issues.
1, teaching aid preparation. Before the interview, you should have some time to prepare lessons after class. At this time, you can make some auxiliary teaching AIDS as soon as possible, such as wall charts and model paintings. Therefore, you can bring your own white cardboard, colored pens, dehydration, scissors and other appliances in advance to get ready.
2. Blackboard design. Blackboard writing is a common form of classroom teaching. Whether you are good at writing with chalk or not, you should try to be neat. The layout of the blackboard should be determined according to the content, and the final position of the blackboard should be in the middle of the blackboard. If there are many contents on the blackboard, you can divide the blackboard according to your needs, just like the column function in WORD software. But the author reminds everyone that the lecture time is very short, so try not to arrange too many versions of books, otherwise your time will be insufficient. In addition, the first step of blackboard writing should pay attention to the writing subject, and the content of blackboard writing should be planned and integrated, and it is forbidden to typeset at will, and write where it should be written.
3. Teacher-student interaction. According to the past practice, there is no student cooperation in recruiting teachers for interviews and lectures. At present, it is summer vacation, so it is estimated that there can be no student cooperation. How can you talk without students? It's best not to talk to students! In the first point, we mentioned the interaction between teachers and students. Just let nature take its course, and it's entirely up to you how the students answer. If students really cooperate, it is difficult for you to answer irrelevant questions without teaching experience. It should be said that no student is not easy to create a classroom atmosphere, but it is easier to control the classroom and speak boldly!
4. There is not enough time. If for some reason you can't finish the course within the specified time, please don't be nervous. It's time to test your flexibility. In the process of giving lectures, if you expect that you will never be able to finish in the specified time, try not to force yourself on, and don't risk working overtime to finish the lectures and affect your grades. You can choose a teaching link that can come to an end and finish the class skillfully in advance within the specified time. For example, "We'll talk about XX in the next class" or "Please preview the content of the next class after class, so let's call it a day!" This shows that your class is divided into two classes, not an incomplete class.
