Recruitment work is carried out according to the steps of registration, qualification examination, examination, physical examination, publicity and employment.
(1) Registration

2. On-site confirmation and on-site registration methods and required materials
Applicants must hold their graduation certificate, degree certificate, employment registration certificate (graduates of the 20th12nd class who have not yet issued graduation certificate, degree certificate and employment registration certificate can hold the graduate employment recommendation form issued by the school), ID card and household registration certificate (household registration book or household registration certificate), and download and print the "Registration Form for Open Recruiters in Zhucheng Institutions" (in duplicate) examination fee for each person. 3. Matters needing attention
(1) The majors (positions) reported by applicants must be the same as or related to their majors, and each applicant is limited to one major (position). Those who pass the qualification examination shall not change their major (post).
(2) College student village officials and "three supports and one support" college students who have served in Zhucheng for two years and passed the examination within three years (referring to those who were recruited and transferred in 2008, 2009 and 20 10) can apply for education-oriented recruitment majors (positions) without professional restrictions.
(3) For undergraduate majors (positions), if the planned number and the final number of applicants are less than 1: 3, if L people are planned to be hired, the employment plan will be cancelled in principle; If more than 2 people are planned to be employed, the employment plan shall be correspondingly reduced according to the ratio of 1:3. Among them, the recruitment majors (positions) that have been cancelled or reduced accordingly can be adjusted after approval; Those who apply to cancel or reduce the employment plan may change to the adjusted major (post) within the specified time after research. Undergraduate majors (positions) with master's degree or above shall organize written examinations according to the actual number of applicants.

(4) Applicants must collect the admission ticket at the registration place at 9: 00 am-12: 00 am on May 4th.
(2) Qualification examination
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Once it is verified that it does not meet the conditions for entering the examination, the examination or employment qualification will be cancelled. After the examination, candidates who have entered the scope of physical examination and assessment, if they have implemented the employing unit, must also submit a letter of introduction issued by the department or unit with the right to apply. Failure to provide relevant materials within the prescribed time limit (within 5 working days from the date of publication of the medical examination and assessment list) shall be deemed as automatic waiver. Vacancies caused by waiver or disqualification will be filled in turn according to the total score of the examination.
(3) Examination
This recruitment is divided into three categories according to the nature of specialty (post): comprehensive, health and education, and the examination forms are divided into written test and interview (trial). The written test results and interview (trial) results add up to the total test results, which are not converted in proportion.
1. written test
The content of the comprehensive written test is public basic knowledge, including basic knowledge such as laws and regulations, political and economic theories, current political policies, scientific and technological knowledge and comprehensive writing, with a full score of100; The content of written physical examination is the basic professional knowledge that the reported major (post) should have, with a full score of100; The written content of pedagogy is the professional basic knowledge and educational theory (including pedagogy and psychology) that the reported major (post) should have, with a full score of 150 (including a full score of 100 for professional basic knowledge and a full score of 50 for educational theory).
After the written test, according to the major (post) reported by the candidates, the candidates who enter the interview range are determined according to the ratio of high score to low score 1: 3. If the written test scores are tied, enter the interview together. Among them, education candidates, according to the professional (post) reported by the candidates, determine the lecturer according to the ratio of high to low written test scores 1: 2; If the undergraduate major (post) has a master's degree or above and the master's degree or above does not reach the ratio of the planned number to the final number of applicants 1:3, it is determined that the actual written test participants will enter the interview scope.
2. Interview (Trial)
Full score of interview 100 (full score of education review is 50).
Comprehensive and health interview, using structured interview method, mainly tests the basic quality and basic ability that candidates should have in their major (post). The interview questions are general questions, and the interview time for each interviewer is 8 minutes, including 4 minutes of thinking and 4 minutes of answering questions. The interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview, with two decimal places and the mantissa rounded off.
Education interview, the interview form is trial lecture, and the content of the trial lecture is the corresponding course of the reported major (post). The lecture time, order and theme are determined by drawing lots, and the lesson preparation lasts for 40 minutes, and the lecture 10 minute. The results will be announced on the spot, with two decimal places and the mantissa rounded off.
After the interview, according to the written test and interview (test) total score, calculate the total score of the candidates. The total score of the exam is calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. According to the total score of the examination, according to the recruitment plan 1: 1, the personnel who enter the scope of physical examination and assessment are determined from high score to low score of the major (post). If the total score is the same, give priority to those with high written test scores; If the written test results are still the same, they will be hired together. Candidates with interview scores below 60 points cannot enter the scope of physical examination and assessment.
3. Examination schedule
(1) written test: It is scheduled for the morning of May 5th (Saturday). See the admission ticket for the specific time and place.
(2) Interview: It will be held on Saturday, May 12, and the specific time and place will be announced separately;
(3) Trial lecture: It will be held on Sunday, May 13, and the specific time and place will be announced separately.
4. Bonus rules
Postgraduates who apply for undergraduate majors (positions) will get 3 points for written test scores; PhD graduates who apply for undergraduate or master's degree (post) will get 6 points and 3 points in written test respectively.
(4) Physical examination and evaluation
Those who enter the scope of medical examination shall be organized by Zhucheng organization, human resources and social departments. Physical examination standards and related requirements shall be implemented with reference to the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants, unless otherwise stipulated by the state. Those who pass the physical examination shall be re-examined by Zhucheng organization and human resources department to assess their political and ideological performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance.
Those who pass the physical examination and assessment are determined to be candidates. If the medical examination or assessment is unqualified, the proposed employment qualification will be cancelled, and the replacement objects will be determined according to the total test scores from high to low.
The specific time of physical examination and assessment and other related matters will be notified separately.
(5) Publicity and employment
After the examination, physical examination and assessment, it will be publicized to the public for 7 days through Zhucheng Personnel Network, Zhucheng Human Resources and Social Security Information Network. If problems are found, once verified, the proposed employment qualification will be cancelled.
At the expiration of the publicity period, for those who have no problems or reflect problems that do not affect the employment, Zhucheng organizations and human resources departments will select the positions from high scores to low scores, fill in the Registration Form for Recruiters of Public Institutions, and handle relevant procedures such as transfer or employment dispatch according to management authority. The employing unit signs an employment contract with the employed personnel to determine the employment relationship.
The employed personnel shall be on probation according to the regulations, with a probation period of one year. The probation period is included in the labor contract. Those who pass the expiration period are officially employed, included in the recruitment unit's career establishment, and enjoy the treatment of personnel in public institutions; Unqualified, cancel the employment. Undergraduate graduates who are employed in primary and secondary schools and health centers (hospitals) in Jie Zhen must have worked in primary and secondary schools and health centers (hospitals) in Jie Zhen for 8 years.
Three. any other business
Zhucheng Municipal Party Committee Organization Department and Zhucheng Human Resources and Social Security Bureau are in charge of the whole recruitment work and will jointly organize and implement it with relevant departments.
