(1) Generally, you need to arrive at the designated place 30 minutes in advance to register, which will be explained in detail in the interview announcement issued by each department in advance. Candidates in some departments or positions need to go through many procedures before the interview, and even require to arrive at the interview site one and a half hours in advance.
(2) Check the identity and submit the materials. After the interview candidates arrive at the interview site, the examination staff will check their identity and ask for relevant materials. Generally speaking, there are some differences between the materials submitted by fresh graduates and those submitted by the society. The materials that fresh graduates generally need to submit are: my ID card, student ID card, written test report card of public subjects, school report card and other originals and copies, photos, and the registration recommendation form stamped by my school. General social workers need to submit the following materials: ID card, household registration book, work permit (without work permit, unit certificate is required), written test report of public subjects, photos, candidate registration form, and written certificate issued by the unit. In addition, it also includes various skill level certificates and qualification certificates required for some positions in the recruitment brochure.
(3) Draw lots to determine the grouping and entry order. Some regions or departments draw group signs first, and then draw sequence signs. In some areas, grouping and order are determined at one time, such as: three (1), which means 1 entry of the third group. Some regions or departments adopt the practice of grouping candidates in advance and only extracting sequential signatures before the interview. Because the examination room where the examiner is located is also decided by lottery in a short time before the interview, it also ensures the fairness and justice of the interview.
(4) Candidates who are waiting for the exam enter the waiting area to wait for the exam after the lottery. They are not allowed to leave casually until the exam is over. They are supervised by the examination room staff and need to be accompanied by staff when going to the toilet. If the exam is arranged in the afternoon, lunch will also be sent to the waiting room by the staff to prevent the candidates who have finished the exam from revealing the situation to the candidates who did not take the exam.
(5) Enter the examination room in sequence. When it is candidates' turn to enter the examination room, the guide will announce to the waiting room: "Please enter the examination room", and the candidates will arrive at the entrance of the examination room under the guidance of the guide. If the examination room door is open, candidates can go in without knocking. If the door is closed, candidates need to knock on the door and get permission from the examiner before entering. Guides are not allowed to call candidates by their names directly, otherwise it will be considered a serious violation of examination discipline. The general guide only knows the serial number of the candidate.
(6) After the interview begins, candidates go directly to the candidates' seats, say hello to the examiner after standing, and only after receiving the instruction of "Please sit down" can candidates be seated. After taking a seat, candidates generally need to report their own test serial number. After the examiner announced the introduction, the exam began. Some exams require candidates to make personal statements, but it must be noted that they can't answer information such as name, graduation institution and home location. Otherwise it will be punished as cheating. Candidates still have time to answer the prescribed questions, and the examiner may ask. Generally speaking, the interview time of civil service examination is less than 30 minutes per person, and the number of questions is mostly 4 ~ 5, and individual units take the form of 3 questions.
(7) After the candidates have answered all the questions, the examiner will generally ask the candidates if there are any other supplements. Most of the time is up, and candidates generally don't answer. The examiner announced that candidates should leave. At the same time, the staff informed the next candidate to enter the venue.
(8) The raters will hand over their respective scoring forms to the raters to check their scores. After the accounting is completed, submit it to the supervisor for review.
(IX) Announcement of results The results will be announced after the end of this exam. Some departments have specially set up waiting rooms. After the grader checks the score, the invigilator signs it and gives it to the staff to announce it to the candidates. Others put them in the waiting room. (10) Candidates are not allowed to leave during the interview to prevent the test questions from being leaked. Candidates can only leave the examination room after the exam and wait at home. The website will publish the interview pass list or medical examination list.
