CUBA*** is divided into four stages: preliminary competition, regional competition, 16 final competition and semi-final competition.
(1) grass-roots preliminaries: (The venue of the competition shall be determined by the organizer and the organizer through consultation)
Every September-65438+February: Colleges and universities from all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and special administrative regions team up to conduct the preliminaries. The specific time, place and method of the competition shall be determined by the leading group of the organizers of the CUBA League preliminaries under the leadership of major sports associations in all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and special administrative regions. The preliminary contest at the grass-roots level must be conducted in schools. Conditional areas, should adopt the home and away system.
(2) Regionalization:
Organizers (venues) shall be applied by participating member institutions one year in advance and selected after evaluation by CUBA Organizing Committee.
Basically, according to geographical relations, the whole country is divided into four sub-regions: southeast, southwest, northeast and northwest.
Southeast region: Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Jiangxi, Fujian, Guangdong, Hainan;
Southwest China: Hubei, Hunan, Guangxi, Guizhou, Yunnan, Sichuan, Chongqing, Tibet and Macao;
Northwest China: Shanxi, Shaanxi, Gansu, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and Henan;
Northeast China: Beijing, Tianjin, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Hebei, Shandong and Hong Kong.
Southeast region: from mid-March to late March of the following year;
Southwest China: from late March to early April;
Northwest China: from early April to mid-April;
Northeast China: from mid-April to late April.
(3) 16 Top Competition:
Organizer (venue) of the 16th men's competition: organizer of regional competition.
Organizer (venue) of women's 16 Top Competition: organizer of regional competition.

(4) Final four:
Organizer: application from member colleges.
Time for the rematch: mid-June.
(5) Champion Challenge:
Organizer (venue): eligible participating institutions.
Competition time: September-165438+ 10 every year.
Note: The schedule of competitions in each division, 16 and semi-finals shall be subject to the competition notice of CUBA League Organizing Committee. There are 16 men's basketball team and 12 women's basketball team in the division, and 1 12 teams have advanced from the qualifiers.
